DO NOT EAT HERE! Incident that happened to Michael J happened to us as well.
We were a party of 5 and went through the drive through. We were told it was cash only, and we only had a $100 bill. We made the mistake of paying before asking for the price, and was only returned $23 in change when we purchased ~$50 worth of food (double checked through the app). When we complained, the lady at the drive through window then takes the cash back and tells us we purchased $70 of food, and the “best she can do” is give us $35 in change. When we ask for the receipt we were told the receipt machine was also broken along with the card reader, and she shows us a two function calculator with the number 70 on it as some sort of proof of our purchase. We offered to wait until they fixed receipt machine, but was told they couldnt fix it until corporate came. On top of this, she continued telling us how large our order was, and that each of our small/medium fries were $5 (which is a blatant lie) as well as quoting other prices of meals we did not order. As we were in a rush, we took the 35 and left feeling taken advantage of. From reading other reviews, I believe the lady’s name is Janet.
“Stay away from this place! If you don't want to be robbed or taking advantage of. I went to order food and they quoted me different prices that were on the drive-thru board and then argued with me when I pointed it out. They refused to budge. If a restaurant's willing to pull that kind of fraud then what are they willing to do or not do to your food? Fast food restaurants like this are franchised. That means that they're locally owned. Read moreThe Woman who was working the drive through seemed to be under the influence of an accelerating substance. She was chattering so fast and kept interrupting me when I was trying to place the order that she got everything wrong and when I clarified it after the third time I said forget it I was going to back up out of the driveway somebody had pulled behind me so I was stuck in the drive through. We ended up ordering the new little snack wraps while those were mediocre at best I was more put off by the fact that yet again miss mouth as I called her to my friend in the car, still had the order wrong and still kept chattering. Then argued with me about my order. When I tried to clarify, yet again it, she just could not stop talking. I don't know who or what but she seemed like she was seriously overenergized because you couldn't understand what she was saying and she was talking literally a 100 words per minute it was a terrible experience. I asked for napkins and she begrudgingly gave one napkin per person it was absurd. We asked for a diet soda with no ice and a regular soda with ice we got 2 sodas with ice. I tried again to explain her error and again she kept interrupting me and she kept saying well you said this you said that. I said STOP. Read moreI've been to this location a couple times and I notice that the food is decent but service varies dramatically depending who's working. There's an older woman who I've had help me many times in the drive up window who had been very rude in the past but I've excused it since I work in the service industry too and figured she was having a rough night. Today just wasn't it. I came up to order and she said they didn't have what I wanted so I was looking to see what to get inside when she asks what kind I want and mentioned the flavors. I was surprised and answered. When I get to the window she asked me what I ordered and I let her know, she hands me my food and drink then slams the window in my face as I am asking for a straw for my drink and basically ran away. I waited for a good 10 seconds before driving off because she was no where to be seen. I've had previous bad experiences with her but the day team is usually much kinder. I read in older reviews she is actually the manager, so I plan to write a formal complaint to them since they are managed by an external company (there's a sign on the window). Girl, we're all tired.
