Super grossed out! I live walking distance to this place and was excited to try it out. Got the large 24 piece wings to go. They only allowed one flavor for 24 piece, not a big deal but usually that large of an order they usually allow at least two flavors you can get. The cashier said it would take 30-35 minutes which again was not a big deal⌠The huge deal was sitting and watching the male worker behind the counter who prepares the food to go out picking his face the WHOLE entire time! He had a glove on his left hand and a bare right hand. He would non stop touch his face and scratch himself⌠it was super obvious and gross. Then I can see my chicken come out and the box is open so HE had to touch the chicken and box to close it! My kids and I were shocked and disgusted! We walked out but we all knew we couldnât eat it so decided to get a refund. The cashier gets the manager for the refund and he comes up and first thing he says, âwhat seems to be the problemâ, seemed abrupt and no customer service skills. He was like okay we will just void it out. I got the refund but no customer service at all to try to make this right. He just wanted me to confirm who the male employee was. Wasted 30 minutes of my life and disgusted. Will never go back here and it is so close. A new restaurant that doesnât train employees on how to handle food and management who doesnât know customer...
Read moreI declare this restaurant serves the best Korean BBQ chicken in townâand possibly the entire county! This was my first visit, and I got takeout. Even after a 20-minute drive, the food was still incredibly fresh.
The chicken, while perfectly doused in Gang Jeong sauce, was still juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. They've truly worked some kind of magic on it! It's a huge challenge to create the perfect taste and texture for Korean fried chicken, but they have absolutely mastered it. Other Korean restaurants should take note.
The tteok-bokki was also delicious, with a perfect mix of fish cake, cabbage, and onion. The texture of the rice cake was just right for me. My only small wish is that they would offer different spice levels.
My only criticism isn't about the food, but the confusing store layout. The space in front of the cash register doesn't allow for a proper line. There's only room for one group directly in front of the register because of a dining table placed right next to it. I had to wait awkwardly to the side. The utensil station is also in a strange spot, requiring people to cut in front of the register. I'd suggest creating a clear path from the door to the register and moving the utensils to a more...
Read moreWeâre so happy this place opened up!
If itâs your first time here, just a heads-up â you place your order at the counter, then grab a seat and theyâll bring the food to you.
We ordered the sweet and sour 8 piece boneless, which was sooo good, and the rose tteokbokki with cheese â also delicious, though a bit spicy for us. They also served ginger pickle on the side, and it paired perfectly with the food!
Customer service was great, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The only downside was that the restroom couldâve been cleaner.
Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and canât wait to come back!
07/6/25 UPDATE:
We came back today for a late lunch, and the customer service was top-notch! While we were waiting for our food, the cashier checked in with each table to make sure everything was okay, such a thoughtful touch.
The staff stayed on top of cleanliness, constantly wiping down tables as customers left, and as customers exit the employees said, âthanks come again,â made me feel they acknowledged each person! This time the restroom was clean.
First time we tried the kimchi fried rice, and I loved it! It came with a fried egg and chicken which was good. I also ordered my favorite, the...
