Edited comment: Went here last week and when I made a return, the lady made me wait forever. She took my item and folded it up and prepared it back for the shelves instead of giving me back my money and letting me walk out first. I have to wait there just to watch her tape up my open return and for her to slowly fold my clothes? Get yourself together Ross, and stop hiring trashy employees!

As far as finding good deals this is a decent Ross. But the cashiers uughhh I honestly don't think I've EVER seen one smile or be nice! They are the RUDEST cashiers around!!! I come by often and ALWAYS notice how rude they are. God forbid you want something out of the jewelry cases! Ha good luck with that without an ACTUAL eye roll! After getting home with my purchases today I realized I was missing a pair of pants and a blouse. I called the manager said she couldn’t find anything left behind.
