Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Dundee Township

Not a good experience at all!

I had toddlers in the car so I tried calling in my order a few times while on my way, by the time they answered I was already pulling in the parking lot. I walked in to find 3 kids working and only 2 customers in front of me.

And still took 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches.

I was also surprised to see that 70 percent of their sandwiches are a variation of the Italian sub!?

I paid $32 for a large ham and cheese sub and a large chicken bacon club that was so nasty and loaded with salt I tossed it in the trash.

Next time I'll go to Jimmy John's where there are plenty of options and...

I stopped here for a quick lunch on Friday (Aug 26th) between clients and was completely impressed. The lady behind the counter was so nice and friendly. I felt bad because she was working a 12 hour shift but you would never tell she was going to be there all day long. She was so upbeat and the conversation was so nice. It was a breath of fresh air because the service industry is so hit or miss these days. Walked in a empty store with two workers, younger boy and young lady who walked to the back room. I greeted the young man cleaning the grill, he continued to clean the grill. I proceeded to get closer to the counter and stated hello in a higher pitch. I mentioned I’m ready to order! The young man looked at me and kept scraping the grill, then grabbed a water jug and walked to the backroom where both of them remained. I don’t understand why I was not greeted properly or assisted properly. Both should be re-trained. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Never eating...
