Chopt Creative Salad Company — Restaurant in Dunwoody

A friend & I stumbled on Chopt. WOW!! What a fantastic find! Here are the details: Oddly, upon entering, neither of the 2 front employees greeted or offered to help us. So we fended for ourselves to figure out the menu. That's until the incredible Quinn came from the back to restock and saw us trying to figure out what to order. He was a vivacious beautiful young man who greeted us with a happy welcome. When I told him this was our first time, he stopped everything he was doing and helped us in detail with our menu choices. He even made our salads himself with a few suggestions which we tried. It was so delish! Then while we ate on the patio, a very friendly gentleman was working hard removing umbrellas from the unused tables. He greeted us and took a moment to chat with us and made us feel special. I excitedly shared with him about Quinn and our delicious salads. Turns out he was the manager--Steve. Steve was personable, upbeat, delightfully down to Earth but very professional. My impressive food & customer experience was so superb that I came back the next day with 2 brand new recruits. I raved so about Quinn, Steve and the food, until they had to try Chopt. Sadly, Quinn was not working but Steve was there and remembered me! Steve personally helped my friend's 91 year old dad with his salad choice. Impressive. Then he personally made all 3 of our orders. They loved everything. Before leaving, I grabbed a to-go order for my friend from the day before at his request.LOL Yes I highly recommend this Dunwoody Chopt location specifically. I was so impressed with this location! I’ve frequented other Chopt locations in the Atlanta area, but unfortunately one is lacking customer service, and cleanliness(Toco Hills), and the other has a outrageous sewage smell that is a huge turnoff especially when it’s a restaurant(Ansley Mall Location). However, Dunwoody’s Location was amazing! I have never seen a Chopt location look this clean especially the toppings bar, and what was even more impressive, was that it looked clean, and the toppings were very fresh, and full for it to be 30 minutes until closing time. I couldn’t not move forward with my order until I let the manager on duty ( Markeice) know how impressed I was. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable, and his customer service was excellent! I live about 45 minutes away from this location, but due to the great service i received, and the atmosphere of this location, I’m willing to take that ride. I hope that this location will keep the consistency above average because this is the best Chopt Location in Atlanta. RUDE!! I arrived today at noon for a pickup order, waited around 8mins while to go orders with only one item were being made and given to people, the place wasn’t very busy, I politely asked the lady if she had a ticket for my order, she looked it up and said “no one has started working on it yet” and walked away and started helping new people in line. She was so rude and she was a weirdo because she continued to stare at me while I waited! I had to ask someone else to help get my order together. My order had 8 items and was skipped over so they could get other orders out. I waited 20-30min for a pickup order that was paid for ahead of time!!!!!
