I went to Panda Express in Dunwoody many times. Each time there is always an employee that is rude. I went on Friday and did a Togo order throwing the line. I ordered egg rolls and when I looked at them, they were burnt. They were hard crust that was dark brown and black. I asked for different ones and I was told they were all that way always. I responded saying that they are not because I have been here a lot and they are not burnt like this. The two employees proceeded to argue with me and then finally said we will fix new ones. The issue came when the two employees were looking at each other smiling and making fun of me as I stood in front of them. I asked to see a manger and was told they didn’t have one. Of course I responded and asked are you telling me that there is not a manager at this restaurant at all. I was told that is correct. I questioned more and I was then told that the manager’s name is Rosa and she was not there. The two employees refused to give me their names. I ended up leaving the restaurant without purchasing my order that was over $75. I have tried several times to call the restaurant and each time trough out the day I am told that the manager is not there. I was happy that Panda Express opened in Dunwoody. However, the whole restaurant needs to have a house cleaning and more training in customer service. This location has to be the rudest group of people I have ever encountered. Beware of this location. I will never go here again. The time before this time that I went, there was a long black hair in the middle of the orange chicken. Of course things happen but I should have followed my gut and never have gone back to this restaurant. I contacted customer relations and nothing was done. Panda Express did not care and they didn’t even say “I sorry for your experience. Be warned and beware of Panda Express Dunwoody. The restaurant...

I went to this restaurant to have a nice lunch. One staff guy from mainland greeted me and filled the meal box with the food items that I have asked for.
Now came the most awkward and disgusting scene at the billing section. The same guy came to the billing counter and told me the billed amount. Along with he asked me to donate $1 saying the money is going to some XYZ charity. I scratched my head. But, he seems to be resilient and never stopped his begging. He just stare at me with a ugly intimidating laugh, "its just one dollar". The way he told was a kind of insultation and humiliation that he implicitly trying to tell us that "Are you not even have or willing to donate one dollar".
Oh, man, the way he begged for one dollar was disgusting. Its a gentle way of robbing our money. He not only stopped with me. He begged everyone for one dollar and teased and cornered them psychologically, forcing them to donate. We need to think. It's one dollar for us. But, its 500$ if he rob from 500 customers. Easy money without any hard work. These type of guys are the curse of this beautiful country.

However, my husband and I came to grab lunch, while eating he noticed a hair in his food. I quietly asked the cashier to step to the side as I didn’t want other patrons/customers to see. I showed the cashier, and she instructed I leave it right there and she would show her manager. So, as I was thinking someone would acknowledge what happened and come out to speak with us even if it was just to remake our order or apologize for this gross find in the food. No one came to speak with or acknowledge ANYTHING. Now, as I respect the other patrons and people I just decided that I wouldn’t cause a scene in order not to disrupt others lunch/meal. Instead I’ll just take the time here to make others aware of what is to be expected. I am also not likely to recommend...
