Arby's — Restaurant in East Point

Truly sad to see employees just do not care about a brand, their business and much less customer service.

I pull up to the window at 10:30 after a truly long day at work, looking to go home with a nice, fresh meal from my favorite fast food place. I joyfully open google maps, and this location states it is open until 12am.

Arrive to my location after a 15 minute journey, all of the lights are on. Restaurants nearby are open, this one though. No reply at the teleprompter, pull up onto the window and the cashier is out in the distance totally ignoring everyone and possibly closing the end of day.

But clearly their hours of operations sticker states open until 12am.

I do not get it. Where is the disconnect?

So i patiently await for somw sort of response only to wait about 4 to 5 minutes.

Finally the cashier looks over with a dreadful look and signals closed, i eagerly desire to ask why so early. Or where is the nearest open arbys, well this lovely individual just stares back not wanting to give into my desire to ask 1 question.

About 7 minutes into this staring contest, another person comes to the window and tells me McDonalds is open... had i wanted that other place, i would of been there to begin with...

Nevertheless, the moral of this story is employment failure. Management is a direct image of this lack of professionalism and Arbys holdings as a company needs to look at this store to change their employees. It tarnishes the brand and gives people a bad taste for a lack of employee professionlism.

I'm not sure if this will reach anyone. I mean who reads fast food reviews before going to the restuarant...

But I have to make an effort, and hopefully someone will be saved from the absolute heartache I just recieved by going to this arby's.

It was one of those days for me... 12hour shift, nothing going right, literally no time for anything. I needed a pick me up and I chose an Arby's Lamb Gyro as the way to do it. I saw a commercial for it and it looked amazing. So when I finally got a break, i got in my hot car, rolled down the windows (no ac), and drove to this Arby's.

I sat in the drive thru line for almost an hour, but I was determined! Nothing short of death would have me leave that line, because I knew in the end there would be a tender lamb gyro that tasted just like it looked in the commercial. I got to the window, payed the lady, and then looked in the bag to make sure the order was correct. I saw fries and a gyro and was sure they had done their due diligence.

Drove back to work to scarf down my meal in the last 5 minutes I have for myself today. I ate the fries, they were good. I reached into the bag, pulled out my greek taco, and pealed back its soggy wrapper. The gyro was upside down. I turned the gyro over to reveal the what was behind the pita... it was... it was chicken. I lost it and cried in my hot car holding my lunchmeat chicken pita until i could bring myself together and go back to work. Please do not go to this Arby's no matter what the...

Good place to eat. Just please DON'T GO THERE AFTER 10 p.m. Drinks are always out. They never have turnovers after 10pm. I ordered a Chicken Club sandwich combo with no tomatoes with a Dr. Pepper. 2 Apple turnovers. The drive thru person said they dont any Appe Turnovers. Then my wife said loudly to me. (See i told you they never have Turnovers when we come here.) said my wife. Then another voice comes over the intercome and tells me to hold. 2 minutes later the 1st voice returned and tells me they have Turnovers. Ok. I paid for it and was told to pull up and my food would be out in 2 minutes. Dr. Pepper was out. Ok i asked for a Orange Fanta. The Fanta was almost out. After a 10 minute wait. My food comes out. Person says here Yo food . Passes me the bag and walk off. 1 my sandwich had 3 tomatoes on it and No Bacon. Fries were cold. I got 1 fresh Apple turnover and 1 old Cherry turnover. I tried to pull back around to window but the drive thru was to the street. Good place to eat...
