I am usually not one to karen out and write bad reviews on google, but with the service I was given today, I feel it's right if I do. So my colleagues and I decided to get cheese slices from both here and another pizza spot here in the mall. I asked both places to cut the slice into bite size pieces. The building blocks on the right was what I was given here. The guy who took my order was sweet, but the guy who gave me the order was one of the reasons why I won't be returning here again. I asked him if it was too much trouble to cut the slice (keyword: SLICE, this will be useful later on!) into bite size pieces, he asked if I wanted them "cut into 16th's" which I didn't understand at first because I asked for them to be cut into pieces. I reiterated what I said, and he didn't respond. So i waited for my order, and he called out my name. He said to me he thought I ordered a whole pizza, and accused me of not saying my order was a slice when I'm 110% sure I did. He said "i thought you got a whole pizza and not a slice, you didn't say that". So he cuts up the slice, and when we opened the box, since there was no plate, the pizza got scattered all over the box. Not what you expect when you open a pizza box. Before you say "well you got the slice cut up of course it's gonna break apart", yeah, but at least put a plate under the damn slice so it can stay in tact. Anyways, the guy has glasses and wears a cap, the pizza was a lame try at making a fancy pizza, and I will not be returning here again. The pizza on the left is from grisini's on the third floor food court, which was WAY better than what was given to me here. I can't believe I used to say this place was better than grisini's, but after trying them both side by side, I now know where to take...
Read moreThe pizza here is totally amazing, but the staff could use some tips on customer service. This pizza is worth the price, but not worth the service and the treatment towards their customers. I set and watched them call people for their orders with low vocal tone voice, by the time that pizza is cold. I waited 45 mins for my pizza, I responded back to the counter and discovered that my order had not been placed, I’m a observer by trade (LEO) and noticed the young cashier lady, picked up my slip Whispered to the young man that my order wasn’t prepared, he then slipped pizza into the over from under the counter, as tho it wasn’t an error made. No acknowledgement that this happened, it was made to feel that, I had done something wrong. They also told me that they only had what was showing, but there is a hot over in the picture, and guys actively, making pizzas, this doesn’t add up. What I gather is they want to sell an entire pizza before producing another one FROM UNDER THE COUNTER!!!! I’m told this is a NY/NJ thing, All I know is that it wasn’t...
Read moreThe elderly gentleman who works here made the experience so uncomfortable and unwelcoming. He was rude and condescending. He has pepper colored hair. I couldn’t catch his name but you can’t miss the rude attitude. This was around 2:30pm on 12/18/23. He was wearing a red shirt.
While he was heating up the pizza, I asked if it’s possible to get the water for my kids while we waited and he gave me an attitude and told me “it’s a process”.
Then, when he gave me the pizza and I went to get napkins, he was telling his coworker that I only got 4 slices and was getting napkins and was pointing at me. The pizza was decent but he was so rude that I won’t be back and would not recommend it if you’re looking for a welcoming atmosphere. If I had not paid already, I would have left it and gone somewhere else. You shouldn’t make customers feel so uncomfortable especially when they aren’t even being rude. I understand sometimes people might be miserable but it’s not to take it out on customers.
In summary, I don’t...
