This was my first trip to Easton PA from Brooklyn NY as I usually frequent New Hope PA. I was pleasantly surprised on my entire experience in Easton. The reason I even found them was because I had just parked about 2 blocks from Mia & Maddie's Bakery. I was on my way for a lunch reservation with no time to spare. As we walked past the bakery we were greeted by Evelyn, who I discovered is the aunt to the owner Elieen. She was very genuine and wanted us to stop in and check out the bakery, she was not pushy, just nice. We stopped in for 2 minutes just to see what they carried. A peanut butter and fudge brownie caught my eye, I said I would try to make it back before they closed. We also met Eileen the owner, who we later found out is not only a highly skilled baker, but she is also a doctor! Fortunately, I was able to make it back about 15 minutes before they closed. Even though they were closing they took time to help us, welcomed us in as if we had been coming there for years. They gave us a tour of their entire store, the kitchen, the story behind the bakery and also told us about their 3 daughters whose photos are on the wall above the seating area on the right as you walk into the bakery. The bakery is named after their 2 older daughters. They have a tremendous amount of pride in their family, the community and the business. What I can tell you is they understand what GREAT customer service looks like. They are committed to their customers and the craft. Evelyn comes to assist Eileen every weekend from the Bronx in NY. They "checked all the boxes" when you speak about running a business. The bakery itself is nicely designed, spotless, everything I tasted over the past few days that I bought told me they use the best ingredients out there. Everything is made from scratch, tastes AMAZING, has the highest quality ingredients, is super fresh, The prices are very fair and when you take a bite into anything they make, you can taste the individual flavors bursting in your mouth. I LOVED the peanut butter/fudge brownie I had, it really hit the spot. We also purchased a few chocolate cupcakes, the butter cream was so good! The cookies were large, the chocolate chips were great, the cookies were moist and fresh. We also had lavender, blueberry, lemon scones and coffee cake as well. Probably ate more sweets than I should have over the past few days, although I made up for it on the elliptical machine. LOL. I know there is so much more to tell, they have cakes, they can custom design almost anything you need in bakery world for any occasion. I cannot say enough great things about Mia & Maddie's Bakery and will definitely go back to them for so many reasons when I visit Easton PA. I love supporting business's that not only care about their customers, but they also talk to them as if they are family. I highly recommend them, wish them great, success and PLEASE, visit them and tell everyone about them once you do. Their Instagram page is @miaandmaddies.

Authentic baking and pride in their craft, this local bakery uses real butter in baked goods, a plus. Their carrot cake is tall and genuinely homemade, and only modesty sweet, even its icing... another plus. Their hot chocolate will transport your back in time. If you're seeking a taste of old time made with real homemade chocolate (no powder!), then I recommend to order it in a mug and without marshmallows / toppings. The hot chocolate is rich enough as is. Have a seat to enjoy its plain old goodness in bliss. Hurry while it's still cold out! The bakery is tucked a bit in off the beaten path, and I found them only by a clever sign on the main street. So take a slight detour for a local bakery with genuine charm that's worth a visit. I'm seeking and reviewing the best local businesses in every geography, for Localverse (from Bethlehem, PA). Now adding Mia & Maddie's Bakery to the list! My friend brought me here while she had to pick up a cake, and I bought 5 cookies a Pistachio, chocolate chip, Nutella, Toffee, and the mystery cookie. They were all really good and the cookies are big. I definitely can see why they’re the best chocolate chip in the valley. My favorite hands down is the mystery cookie and I believe it’s only 3 ingredients! I also got to try a chocolate peanut butter cake and admittedly I am not a fan of cake BUT the cake was rich and moist with a creamy peanut butter filling there’s an added crunch for texture that I enjoyed as well. While at the shop I tried a sample of the pineapple coconut loaf which I will definitely be buying next time I go neither flavor overpowered the other was a perfect balance of them both. The shop is cozy and welcoming as well as the staff. I definitely recommend stopping in and trying it out. (Side note in my pictures there’s 4 cookies that’s because the Nutella went to my belly before I got to the car)
