I had my first experience with the For the Girls in July 2021; I had had some problems with pain, discomfort, etc. in my right breast. After a mammogram/ultrasound it was determined that everything was OK but I should go for a proper bra fitting as the one I was wearing could be causing a lot of my problems. I was wearing underwires. I researched the internet and found For the Girls which is approximately 1-1/2 hours from my house. I made an appointment and met with the owner. After trying on several bras, I settled on a Polish brand bra (I believe) which was an underwire. I purchased 2 at a cost of $90 each. After several wearings, I called the owner and told her that the bra was way too tight and I found it very uncomfortable to wear. She said it was loosen up over time and sent me an extender to try which I did. I began to have the same problems that I had had before. My doctor ordered another mammogram/ultrasound this past December. Verdict -- poorly fitted bra. He advised me to stop wearing and go for another fitting. Since I stopped wearing the bra, most of my problems have disappeared. My biggest complaint is that I purchased 2 of these bras -- one of which I never wore. I'm out $180. My advice would be to purchase one bra -- try it out -- and make sure you return within the 30 day policy if you are not fully satisfied. Back to the drawing...

My daughter and I had an appointment at for the girls yesterday for a fitting. It was our first time here and we had an amazing experience! Sandy(owner) made us feel welcome and sat down with us for a conversation about how our bras fit and what we were looking for. I have never worn bras with underwire’s I thought they were the most uncomfortable things ever made. Sandy had me try one on and showed me how to put it on properly. It was very comfortable and made my girls look amazing! I ended up buying that bra and another one without wires. She wouldn’t sell me a second one with wires until I wore the one I bought for a few weeks to make sure I was comfortable in it.That I believe is excellent customer service my daughter ended up buying herself three bras. This was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had and I even told Sandy that I felt I was leaving her store having made a new friend! Went in for a bra fitting but when I arrived, I was disappointed to find that she didn’t carry many shades/colors (at least not in my size). There were only light shades like beige and pastel pink available. I asked about other color options and was told I could order one in the same style, which I agreed to. I paid full price then a week later later I looked up the bra and realized it was a lower price on the company’s website. I reached out for clarification and was asked to send screenshots for “proof,” which I thought was a bit much. Received the bra finally after 3 weeks…
