I ordered Wingstop for me and my family off. Uber eats I ordered 40 pieces of chicken. They gave me 20 pieces of chicken and gave me all different type of flavors when I only ordered hickory barbecue and garlic Parmesan. I had a variety of 20 pieces of chicken that was all huge and undercooked. Literally blood was coming off of them . I was so upset. I called the manager at the Eden prairie store It literally sounded like he was sleeping . He said you will have to contact corporate about this. He literally didn’t care at all and he must’ve knew what had happened because he said oh you will have to contact somebody else about this and if you want to report us, you can call corporate and it literally sounded like he was on the job sleeping.. I really hate doing bad reviews especially when it comes to a brand new store opened near me. There is a lady with braids and she has a birth defect crossed eyed. She’s so rude everytime I come in it’s ridiculous. Today I did an online order and I came in, she tells me to grab the order off the shelf I’m not going to step into the kitchen to grab my order. Been this chain Wing place in krnrr States. This locarion does well, and is popular among the type pd pelple who love in EP, grrat markerinf strategy WingStop! The staff were working hard. Saw a customer her mad that his order was on the shelf and the lead manager? Was doing his best in his loud voice to make sure. He said "I'm sorry." Food service is no joke and hard work rapid paced. Give these workers, who work hard to bring your wings and other chicken goodies, a break. Employees are great. SodaPop gas a variety of Coca-Cola products, and GoldPeakage Tea. I noticed a lot of orders were online mobile and people sat down to eat, instut sad of To-Go. Spendy, but good food and better than BW3, in my opinion.
