I hardly eat fast food and now I remember why. Went through drive thru. Ordered 5 piece mozzarella.. all was good. Asked for marinara sauce.. all was good. Got to the window and asked if I could have 3 sauces and the lady just yawned. Paid for my food and she held onto my credit card until another worker handed it to me (which was weird). Then when she gives me my bag I checked to see if I had my 3 sauces and she only gave me 2. I told her I specifically asked for 3 and she told me I’d have to pay extra for the 3rd sauce. Now the 2 employees are going back n forth about 1 little marinara sauce telling me how everywhere charges for extra sauce (which I never heard of) and how everything is expensive these days. I’m like duh, I’m the customer, I’m the one spending my money so take your mozzarella sticks back and refund me if they don’t come with the sides that I require to enjoy my snack. Then the “manager” proceeded to act like she was doing me a favor and gave me the third sauce “just this one time”, she said. Gtfoh.. there’s 5 mozzarella sticks.. if I want 1 sauce for each stick that’s my right. The worst part is she specifically heard me ask for 3 sauces and was about to let me drive off with only 2. Really all this poor treatment n drama over a .27 cent marinara sauce that cost the company like .5 cents max and over 1 tiny order. They need to learn about how to make revenue, profits, and create customer loyalty especially if she’s a “manager”. Horrible customer service. Mozzarella sticks were bangin’ tho and I need my sauce or otherwise there’s no point in ordering here, especially now that they don’t even offer clam strips any longer. Funny thing is I just ordered food after this at franks pizza and asked for extra tomatoes on a salad and was willing to pay and the guy was like “don’t worry about it” and that’s the difference. Btw Frank’s sells mozzarella sticks too with a large marinara sauce on the side and it’s closer to my house. This is how you easily lose customers and how these employees lose their jobs and then the business shuts down. Funny thing was the place wasn’t even busy at all when I was there and I’m guessing maybe this is why. You can do better.. learn...
Read moreI’m not from the area, and we don’t have white castles near me. When I saw this one, I got excited. Walked in, feet were sticking to the floor immediately but I ignored it due to staffing shortages. Went up to order, waited 3-4 mins for someone to ‘notice’ me, but again hoped it was staffing shortage. The woman who took my order spoke very broken English but her manager standing next to her kept correcting the things she misunderstood me saying. I sat down to wait, realizing my elbows were sticking to the table at which point I started to get disgusted and stood up. I stand up to see the cook scraping the onions off of a handful of burgers, which I assume were my crave case.
While ignoring several other patrons, the manager kept screaming ‘GET DA MONEY’ to the window cashiers every 30-45 seconds, at which point I realized she’s trying to trick the system into thinking orders are being taken, paid for, and dished out at a reasonable time, WHICH THEY ARE NOT. After my long wait and observance of some of the worst, most disgusting employees I’ve ever dealt with, I got my case and was ready to go….. BUT WAIT… they didn’t close the box!!!! In between the register and the exit, the whole box opened and dumped burgers all over the incredibly dirty sticky floor. The workers saw me, naturally turned their heads and ignored it. I skurried around to save my $36.24 in grease, luckily two didn’t leave the box so I got to eat them. They were cold and chewy and tasted like they had already been on the ground before my escapade. Luckily, my dogs enjoyed some of the other salvageable 28 wet cold mushy burgers. You would likely have a better experience in a McDonald’s dumpster, so I...
Read moreAwfully rude! And the saddest part about it, was it was the MANAGER who serviced me! She handed me my order, very sloppily packed, so the fish niblets were almost completely upside down. As a result, when I reached in to grab them to check the order before pulling off from the drive thru window, every single one of them spilled out all over my car. However; I was willing to take total responsibility. I said to the cashier, "excuse me, my niblets spilled. Can I please get another order?" She IMMEDIATELY, before I can complete my request, responded with a HUGE "NO!" And the STRONGEST HEAD SHAKE gesturing while saying "NO!!" She then says "you spilled it, not me. I put it in the bag and handed it to you." I immediately responded with, "Miss, I'm not asking you to replace them free, I'm just simply reordering them. I am very well aware that I am paying for them." She stated "oh", walked away and processed my request without even apologizing for ASSUMING that I wanted her to just replace the item without payment. She then return with my new order, still without apologizing, so I requested to speak to a manager. Her response was "I am the manager, and the other one here isn't on the clock!" That, BY FAR, was the worst example of professionalism by a team leader, and if the other staff are rude, I totally would understand why! So just as I promised, I will be calling corporate tomorrow! I suggest you Just go next door to sonic or McDonald's. It beats the long exaggerated wait and the attitudes at...
