4.7 STARS. I am no stranger to doing reviews and you will notice if you look at my former reviews on profile. Every review I do the restaurant fits in a specific category. For example diners are diners and and fast food is fast food those are 2 different categories. Also if you look at my reviews I find it very difficult to ever give a fast food establishment 5 stars and at the same time this particular Wendy's is as close to a 5 star review that a fast food establishment could ever get from me. Let's get into it. I would go out of my way to return to this Wendy's if Wendy's if I am craving fashion craving fast food again. So here's a deal this Wendy's got a 4 star rating from me the reasons being 1. cleanliness 2. it's fast food Also please note that the cleanliness comment is a far stretch I was just looking for any reason to deduit's in to the docked points. This place gets a 4.7 stars solidly across-the-board for fast food the food came out absolutely perfect for what Wendy's corporate standards are it's our. The associates were kind and helpful and quick. Lthe volume of customers that I watched this place serve in the 45 minutes that I visited is ridiculous and yet everything came out spot on. My order was taken by an associate named hunter and was handled As a cooperative effort by the shift leader named Briannie. These 2 were on point. Update... After reading this review several times times prior to submitting submitting it I've decided this Wendy's absolutely absolutely gets 5 stars. I was hearing a rush and everything and everything was perfect to the point where it was above and beyond Wendy's own expectations so therefore Dave would be proud. The little complaints that I looked for and tried to find as negatives in the end of the day would be found anywhere that I would go with the exception of a michelin star restaurant perior restaurant. So here's the deal here's the deal. PROS: Please read my above review because there are so so many pros that I could not even start to list them. I would literally put this against many privately owned businesses in the area though. CONS: Literally the cons consist of the fact that it is fast food and therefore that is the quality of food you are going to get and the atmosphere is that of what corporate Wendy's said a Wendy's said wendy should be and yet on the other hand this Wendy's is a perfect example is the perfect example of why Wendy's is still alive...
Read moreMy experiences at this Wendy's dates back ten years. Over that time I've had very few hiccups they've been good enough to earn a solid 4 star rating. However, I am compelled to leave a 5 star rating today simply because I see a noticeable difference in the way night staff are managing the drive thru orders. I had a mixup last night: I mistakenly placed a mobile order for the Woodbridge location that I intended to pickup from Edison. When I arrived at the window there were three young men one of which was a manager. The first young man told me he couldn't find my order and told me I'd have to drive back around to place my order through the speaker. The manager confirmed that my order did not come through. I was visibly upset because I refused to drive back around to wait another 10-15 min due to the long line. The third young man (Nate) was super sweet and began apologizing to me (even though it was totally my fault). At that same time, I looked back to my Wendy's order on the app and noticed that I had placed it at the wrong Route 1 location. While Nate was continuing to diffuse the situation, I admitted my fault to him yet he continued to be accommodating and I left feeling better.
Then tonight I return for another late night order, this time ensuring that I had selected the right location on my mobile order, and upon arrival I announced my name and that I was picking up a mobile order. Then I hear, "is this the same Rhonda from last night?" That was Nate. I smiled and answered yes. And then I drove around to the pickup window to be greeted by a bright smile and warm hearted person. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for that level of customer service. It's the little things that go a long way.
Wendy's kudos to you for making the Edison staff shine even brighter. I don't know if it's your training or whatever, but you're definitely doing something right when it comes to the night staff ( or maybe you're just lucky to have such a good...

And because I was going to use their space, I opted to buy something to eat. The lady serving me is Aniya. She is such a beautiful person, inside and outside. She patiently took my order. - hands down, I am not your best customer when it comes to ordering food. It can take a little time to take my food orders because I usually don't know what I want, foodwise. It took a little while, but Aniya was so nice and courteous, she tweaked my order of salad and chicken. She even gave me different dressing since I didn't know what I would like. For me, this is not just about food, positive workplace culture produces customer satisfaction, which in turn increases productivity. Because I was there for about an hour, I watched her interactions with different customers as they came in and left. Her demeanor and attitude remained constant. When I was leaving, I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to tell the manager how good Aniya was. When I told her I wanted to talk to the manager, Aniya asked if there was any concern, I said "no". She then revealed that she is the manager. I had no choice but to tell her I wanted to write a review about how she patiently attended to me. What blew my mind was, she gave me her name, and the name of two other people.
