Jack in the Box — Restaurant in El Paso

Ordered in the drive through and received smaller size fries than what ordered. When asked if I received large, was advised it was large even though was medium and filled at medium size. I did ask for additional good good sauce (every other jack in the box provides at request) and was told they cost extra here and was charged for all. Received drink and was something totally different than asked for. When I went back to advise it was wrong it seems very clear that they had purposely given the wrong drink as they joked behind the counter by mocking "its the wrong one". Apparently it's funny to give wrong food to them. In any case, this is the WORST JITB location I've ever been to and will NOT return. The one on McRae is way better on ALL counts. Imagine stepping into this dirty(which is unacceptable because it was empty, not rush hour) the first thing you see is some employees shoes. Ok, it's cool they are taking a break. But they start cussing and changing clothes there in front of you because I'm thinking they're starting their shift. They are as loud as they can be, do better you are employees NOT guest, even if it's break. As they are taking our order this girl asks the cashier, I'm not interrupting I'm I? While she sees us ordering. She wanted change days with the cashier, so kept asking because she needs a schedule change. I believe it was a female manager, ma'am you need to do better! I just spent $$$ at this establishment for your assumption. You believed I heard you "ask" me to pull forward. Your professionalism should not sway. So my asking you, "if you were okay," was a genuine ask," to the disrespect felt from you. No I was not "worrying," just calling you upon your behavior. You should know customers can detect disrespect and attitudes just as well as consideration and great customer service. A recommendation, next time you see a customer not respond to your "ask" try repeating to see if they heard you or just out refuse, to assist you in looking better in regards to your...
