Ordered in the drive through and received smaller size fries than what ordered. When asked if I received large, was advised it was large even though was medium and filled at medium size. I did ask for additional good good sauce (every other jack in the box provides at request) and was told they cost extra here and was charged for all. Received drink and was something totally different than asked for. SAVE time and money. DO NOT VISIT...

A recommendation, next time you see a customer not respond to your "ask" try repeating to see if they heard you or just out refuse, to assist you in looking better in regards to your...
