McDonald's — Restaurant in El Paso

Went to get food for 2 tonight and while placing the order everything came out perfectly. Payed then pulled up to receive my order and all one lady gave me were my 3 mcchickens. I waited at the window for 5 minutes, finally flagged down someone thankfully was the manager. Wrong...i told her i was missing my McDouble along with a Dr Pepper and 2 orders of fries. I continued to tell her that this was the 3rd time in a row that i had been there that they have messed up my order. She then asked what the days were and how the food was messed up. I told her 1 day because that’s all that i could remember. She took my receipt then walked away. Finally after 15 minutes of still waiting at the drive thru pick up window another employee came up and asked if i needed help i told him that i had been waiting for 15 minutes for the rest of my order. Within 5 minutes my order was finally corrected with large fries which i ordered small and an apple pie included. During the time entire 20 minutes of waiting for my order 2 other cars had passed by and starred me down because i was holding up the line. I’m sorry if my order was messed up but geez what could i do? Also while waiting i was looking inside and the employees managed to get 3 other orders wrong. Seriously people i know your working graveyard shift and everything but my goodness at least have a good attitude with the customers then walk away and express your feelings but don’t act like its such a big problem that i ask for the remaining of my order when you are the one messing it up. Also its not professional and appropriate for employees to walk around drinking iced coffees while talking to employees and the customers can see you perfectly and it looks like your not doing anything to help out your fellow employees. It is extremely disappointing to share the experience I had with the McDonalds staff tonight. At the time of ordering, the store was only accepting cash. My order consisted of a large 10 piece meal, 2 McDoubles, 2 McChickens. We were charged 20.86 but since we only had a 20 dollar bill we asked Erica to remove the special request (Mac sauce) from the McDoubles. We then received a bag from one of the crew members and drove off. The bag contained 10 piece nuggets and 2 McChickens. We then drove back to the store to get the rest of our order where the crew member then gave us our 2 McDoubles. When we asked about the missing fries for the 10 piece meal, Erica had the crew member report to us that we did not order fries. I decided to call the store to speak directly to a manager with the hopes of getting the situation resolved. Unfortunately, Marcelo was unsympathetic about the situation and I was left feeling dissatisfied with the customer service I received. Marcelo stated that he could not help me since he was not near Erica when the situation occurred. He did offer to give me the fries for my order, however after already making 2 trips to the store it was an inconvenience to make a third trip so he suggested I come by the following day for the fries. While I am speaking with Marcelo, he begins to have a conversation with a coworker and moments later hangs up on me. I called back to get the name of the managers and to share with him how unhappy I was with the customer service I received from him and his staff. He stayed silent for over 2 minutes before he told me there was nothing else he could do for me...

The journey was long and perilous, broken bottles,missing sidewalks, and vicious mutts but ,when I finally got there i knew it was all worth it. I walked up to order and the cashier (seeing how puny and scrawny I am) gave me some valuable tips on how to bulk up and evolve my fitness game, just out of the kindness of his heart!! So trying to get some protein in me I started ordering a 20 peice, but the cooks being so nimble and skilled finished making my food before and brought it out to me before I was even done ordering. I walked away from the cash register, and sat down to start eating the best meal of my life. I loved every second but the last, because it meant this fairytale was over. As I got up and left the overhead speakers started playing a beautiful song, sadly I don't remember the name of it, a tear rolled down my cheek for i did not know anything could sound that beautiful.
