Had an issue with the staff there regarding an order of Sushi. The two staff members that addressed the issue, one is from India & the other from Malaysia. Sushi originated in Japan. My grandmother is from Japan. I made it aware to the staff that their Sushi Appetizer is Sashimi not Sushi. They both argued with me trying to correct me on something that is a part of my culture. They think because they run an Asian American restaurant that they know it all. This restaurant is not authentic due to selling a combination of both Japanese & Chinese meals on the menu. The customer service our group experienced was very poor. We came in a large crowd - a party of 12. We weren’t treated well enough especially for the amount of money we brought into this establishment. The staff communication is very poor. There were orders being brought to the table that were incorrect causing them to have to be remade. There was food not being cooked properly, specifically a tempura bento box that was ordered. The tempura was heavily battered on to the pieces. That’s not how it’s suppose to be prepared. There were poor staff attitudes & the customer service was poor. If you’re going to run a Japanese themed restaurant learn their etiquette skills, cuz from the presentation of the food to the attitudes of the staff the experience was a huge insult to my culture. If my grandmother was present she would of...

Just because you serve sushi doesn't make you a Japanese restaurant. Ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi and the triple delight. The hibachi combo sauce gave the food a slimy texture in my mouth might be a tapioca flour to the sauce. It was very unpleasant and the flavor was not there. The shrimp was disgusting and I could only eat a couple pieces. The triple delight have no flavor and was not even close to spicy. The miso soup was had the correct ingredients but they added way to much dashi which made it too salty. The portion were huge and thats not a good thing with such bad quality of food. I think this place is way overpriced for the bad quality of food. One other thing was the service I was brought my food first then 10 min later they brought the other dish out. Within that 10 minutes I was asked by the server, I was checking to see if you got your food.... The only good thing about this place is the atmosphere and the chairs. We will not be returning. Update were have thrown the leftovers...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wasbi has become my absolute go-to spot for Asian cuisine! Every single dish comes out piping hot and bursting with flavor - you can tell they take real pride in their cooking. The quality and taste are consistently outstanding.

What really sets this place apart is the exceptional service. The staff is attentive, friendly, and clearly knows how to take care of their customers. Even though the restaurant has limited seating, they manage table turnover efficiently without ever making you feel rushed.

I love the nostalgic touch of classic oldies and easy listening music playing in the background. It creates such a warm, comfortable atmosphere - there's something special about enjoying great food while those timeless songs you know and love play softly overhead.

Don't let the cozy size fool you - this little gem delivers big on both food and experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious Asian food with heart and soul!

Will definitely be back...

This has quickly become mine and my S.O's favorite place to lunch together. Every time we have come, it has been a nice warm welcome. Clean, well designed, beautiful greenhouse look that just makes you feel calm. The menu is simple to read and aesthetically pleasing. The food speaks for itself! We have ordered several different things off the menu, each time changing it up, my 5 year old picky eater of a son enjoys their food right along with us. They ha e daily specials, on top of hibachi and the sushi 🍣 are hands down cheaper than Ginza and Kanzai. (I have price checked and compared menu prices) all in all, this place is bound to blow up. Right now they are a hidden jem. I'd give it 3-6 months and you will no longer be able to just sit down, you'll need reservations.

This place will forever take my money. Their sushi is by far the best in the area hands down especially in terms of quality and freshness. It’s none of those egregiously big pieces of nothingness that you can barely put in your mouth. Just good sushi. Today, I decided to switch it up and order their hibachi, and I’m glad I did. For about the same price as most and lower than some (cough, cough Kansai), they brought me out some big, sexy, succulent shrimp (deveined). They perfectly cooked my steak, and they were big pieces too unlike that little piece of prison grade F steak filet the other places in Elizabethtown serve. Instead of ten pounds of rice to offset little meat portioning, they served a nice appropriate size. And of course the service was always wonderful.
