I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 McDoubles Ketchup only, Heavy Ketchup. I asked what pies they had. I was told they had 2, an Apple Pie and a Holiday Pie. I ordered 2 of each. I also ordered a Large Coke No Ice. The only part of my order that was correct was the Coke. When the second drive thru person went to hand me my food, I pointed out that my order was taken wrong. The receipt showed that I ordered 2 McDoubles, but only 1 with Only Ketchup. No Extra or Heavy Ketchup, and ONLY ONE!!!! I pointed this out and made sure they KNEW I wanted 2 Mc Doubles and I wanted BOTH of them to be ONLY KETCHUP, HEAVY KETCHUP. I was told to pull forward and my food would be brought out. When my food was brought out I thanked them and drove off. When I started eating my food, I first pulled out a burger. When I unwrapped it, it was lopsided and looked like it had been slid down a bowling alley. I ate that burger that thankfully was the way I ordered it. I then pulled out the other. It was a lot thicker than the previous and I suspected that I was given a regular McDouble with all the regular fixings. Upon taking a bite, my suspicions were confirmed. Now when I get home, I will have to take some Benadryl or some other Allergy Medication because THEY CAN'T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO THEM TWICE!!!! I then continued to consume the rest of what I had thought I ordered. I grabbed a Holiday Pie, which had sprinkles on it, and ate it. It was a Fried Custard Pie. I then grabbed what was labeled as an Apple Pie. After taking a bite, I realized that it was NOT an Apple Pie, but a Pumpkin and Creme Pie. I then realized that I had NO APPLE PIES.
I would strongly recommend NOT GOING TO THIS, what I consider to be, THE WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
You can order whatever it is you want, but what you get it whatever they choose to make that is similar, if you're lucky, to what you ordered. These people DO NOT want to work. They would much rather mess around on their phones and get paid. EVERY TIME I got to this McDonald's, thinking things may have changed, I find out they have either stayed the same or gotten worse. Read moreSo I've frequented this store quite a bit for the past week or so. Their employees are loud and often shout obnoxious things at each other across the store, you can often hear the manager complaining about his job, the breakfast burritos are always cold and the ice coffee always tastes watered down. But I don't care about any of that, as I come here for the wifi. Today, though, after I'd been using their wifi for about an hour, the manager came up to me and told me that I couldn't sit in the store all day on their wifi and that it was generally the case that they limited customers to 30 minutes on wifi--enough time to "gobble up their food and then leave,' as she put it. After asking her why they even offered free wifi if that was the case, she continued by saying that it wasn't so that people could sit in the store all day using their wife and that their wifi costed them money. Their wifi not being free was something that I'd already considered. I wasn't going into the store and sitting down to use their wifi without ordering anything. In my mind, it seemed fair to use their wifi for an hour with every dollar spent on their food. So if I figured I'd be there for 2 hours, I might just order a drink and a hash brown and leave after using their wifi for 2 hours. I opted to do this with nobody saying anything to me. And the thing is, as I'm writing this, the price for a small fry is 50 cents. Their problem seems to be that, no matter what I order, they want me to spend a maximum of 30 minutes eating it and then leave. Technically, couldn't I just order a small fry every 30 minutes as a loophole? It would be the same rate that I'm paying for wifi now... If that's the case, it's just silly. Is the profit margin on their fries really that high, when they're selling a decent size portion of them for 50 cents? Even so, I should be able to order what I want, when I want. I keep to myself, I don't make any noise, and there's never a shortage of tables when I'm there. Read more…..🔥HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I began video recording for evidence of how rude the 3 employees were!!! I felt it necessary to began recording the rudeness and unbelief of a CHEESEBURGER not being in my bag!!! One of the managers who came from the back asked me if I had deleted the video as she was refunding my money!!!
On 11/11/22 @ approximately 1:35 pm. I was second in-line to a homeless man who wanted a cheeseburger but only had .76 cents. Once he darted out the the store not having enough money I asked the cashier to add the cheeseburger on my order which was a basket of fries and 20 piece nuggets and I’ll get it for him. To make a long disappointed story short when I got my order I was missing a cheeseburger. Cashier placed my order on the counter I came up to the counter and prior to me picking up the bags and leaving the counter I checked my order and immediately told him there was no cheeseburger in either bag. I showed my receipt showing that I ordered a cheeseburger the man DID NOT BELIEVE ME and began to try and look back into both the bags I told him once he reopens the bag I’m going to need a new order of fries. I just checked you can feel the nugget bag and there’s no burger in it. I asked for a manager (gold chain) he was RUDE and said “Don’t come back” because I did not allow him to rumble through my bag without having to replace my order, I asked for another manager, she was rude and said “Don’t come back,”The cashier came to the counter wanting to check the bags, some short woman came over wanting to check the bag for the missing cheeseburger THEY GOT ATTITUDES and each told me DON’T COME BACK (man with gold chain and short woman)
