Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Ellensburg

Papa Murphy's is not only the cheapest pizza in ellensburg it is in my opinion the best pizza in town! They Are quick, they never go light on the toppings, ingredients and veggies always seem to be fresh and they never complain about you splitting a pizza into half one kind and half the other, or for that matter into quarters or whatever it is you would want to do with your pizza, they also offer some things that are more on the healthy side, like the Cesar salad, which I might add is also quite delicious if you don't mind me saying. Papa Murphy's also offer drinks and a few different kinds of cookie dough it's soo good it hardly ever makes it into the oven before it's gone but the best of all is there cina wheel desert pizza it's freaking amazing and the creme cheese icing they have with it is probably the best I have had ever! Last but not at all the least it's the smores dessert pizza if your looking for something rich and delicious to cure a major Sweet tooth then look no further this will give you your fix for sure. So in the end I guess the only real downfall is that you have to cook it and they do not deliver which neither are a big concern to me. Hands down papa Murphy's takes the pie ! This is the first bad experience I've had. I ordered 2 large pizzas online and picked them up shortly after. When I arrived, an employee asked my name and attempted to grab my pizzas off the top of the rack and proceeded to drop my pizzas onto the floor. She laughed hysterically and said that was so funny but no offer to remake my pizzas. When I got home to bake my pizzas, I noticed they had skimpy toppings and didn't weigh as much as they usually weigh. DO NOT USE THE APP! This review is for the app & lack of response from corporate. I like the app for convenience of paying, but this is the second time it has happened when we ordered. It charged my card for 4 different transactions, with four different totals. I called my local store & they told me they can’t help, call corporate. I was no happy with their response.
