Amateur hour. Most people look to these shops when doing audio, so if this picture is any indication to how they treat wiring for no audio related equipment, I would expect the same in the dash behind head units or on your amp.

Quoted $65/hr @ .5/hr min Charged $85 @ 1hr no half hour (roughly 20 minutes of work from when I handed the keys to when they returned them to me and I left),

Guys did a quick accessory hook up for me in 2014 (20 minutes start to finish), didn't put wire in loom or zip tie it off to harness, leaving it as a hazard floating in front of the side airbags, which could have caused additional injury if it were ever to go off in a crash. Then adding insult to injury they t-tapped into the Aircon powerwire causing the accessory to turn off when the AC was turned off during cool days....

People in this place do not take your business serious. I bought a couple items from sale rep. discussed with sales rep if some like that would work for my particular situation. I bought the parts and they ended up not working. I came back to return them to the same sales rep. Because it didn’t work out as we though and was told that I couldn’t return them. Didn’t spend much but on parts which wasn’t a bid deal. I will not recomend anyone...

Nice to deal with but,install was horrible. Truck was a mess,clips to hold down plastic trim broke so its all loose. Wires hanging out from under dash below head unit. An to top it off,speaker wire from box to amp was hooked up backwards. ( polarity was wrong) had to buy one new subwoofer. Then wint even talk to me to make it right.
