Absolutely outstanding experience at Panda Express, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Sonia and Jasmine. Both ladies went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing short of perfect.

Sonia was incredibly welcoming and greeted us with a warm smile as soon as we walked in. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made us feel right at home. She was patient and attentive, taking the time to answer all our questions about the menu and offering excellent recommendations.

Jasmine was equally impressive, handling our order with precision and efficiency. Her attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring that every dish was prepared exactly to our liking. She even checked back with us to make sure everything was satisfactory, which truly highlighted her dedication to customer satisfaction.

I just went there tonight before they closed. I absolutely love that they're open late, but I know how it is right before you close, it kind of sucks when customers come in late when you're trying to get other things done. Despite this, these workers were so kind and sweet and didn't make me feel rushed at all, even though it was also pretty busy, especially in their drive through. While in line I was being bothered by someone I did not know, to give them money. I was visibly uncomfortable, and this person persisted. The worker at the counter did not hesitate to stand up for me and asked the man to leave me alone. I am very grateful for this. As always, their food is amazing, and they give such hearty portions. If i could leave 0 stars i would. TERRIBLE customer service. i just went to the drive thru and the lil girl working the drive thru had a really bad attitude. She was huffing and puffing because i asked if i could please add cream cheese rangoons on my order. i am always so nice especially to fast food workers because the struggle must be real. She starts bitching about me to her coworker who was laughing and making creepy faces at me through window. SUPER uncomfortable! I asked her if she had a problem because i ordered something else and she sarcastically said “they are in the bag aren’t they?” she purposely dropped my receipt at end of payment also.
