Let's Get Pho is a restaurant in Henderson, Nevada, offering a mixed dining experience. My review of the place is balanced, with a rating of 2 stars. While there are things to like about the restaurant, there are also areas that need improvement.
On the positive side, the customer service at Let's Get Pho is commendable. The staff is attentive and creates a pleasant atmosphere for diners. They welcome you with a smile and quickly offer suggestions on what to order. The restaurant's interior design is also worth noting. It's modern and cozy, with a combination of wood and metal accents that create a welcoming space for patrons.
However, the pricing structure is one major issue with the restaurant. The appetizers, simple Vietnamese dishes like shrimp and boiled pork belly wrapped in rice paper, are priced at $10 each. While these dishes are tasty, they seem too expensive for what they are. The price seems disproportionate to the value they offer.
Let's get Pho's "Pho Yourself" concept for making Pho. It is exciting but needs improvement. For $28, diners can wait for the broth to boil with raw meats and customize their Pho. The idea is intriguing, but the execution needs to be revised on multiple fronts. The price tag feels exorbitant, and the novelty of the concept needs to justify the cost. The experience requires more finesse to create a compelling value proposition for diners.
The regular combination pho, priced at $15 with no add-ons, is a more reasonable alternative. It's a simple and delicious dish that will satisfy your cravings. Unfortunately, the limited menu variety and high prices make Let's Get Pho less competitive than other options in the area, such as Chinatown. While the attempt at innovation is appreciated, the value proposition and quality must match the elevated price point.
In conclusion, Let's Get Pho has potential, but it needs to re-evaluate its pricing strategy and menu variety to become more competitive. Overall, the restaurant has a lot of positives, such as excellent customer service, a pleasing interior, and tasty food. But, it also has some areas that need improvement, such as the pricing and the limited menu variety. A re-evaluation of these areas could elevate Let's Get Pho to a more competitive stature in the local...
Read moreI had a similar experience with Lizbeth Gonzalez. I ordered online for almost $100, got a message on my App that our food’s ready to be picked up. So, we went to the restaurant to pick it up. The guy at the front said it wasn’t ready, so he told us to wait. While they’re busy helping other customers getting their orders as well as the ones that just came in, they never bothered checking on us nor even say your order is almost ready though my App says it’s ready. They just passed us by and even the guy that told us to wait, completely ignored us. I understand they are a new establishment, so, I didn’t ask again as it’ll be demanding. But after 30 minutes of waiting and saw a customer that just came in and ordered something at the restaurant for to go, and got her food right away, …that was it! My pressure went up, and I bet you already know what I would do next. But instead of screaming or yelling about it, I simply asked them if my food is ready as I’ve been waiting for too long, it was ordered online, and my App says it’s been ready for over 30 minutes. Of course, they forgot something. So, I have to wait, again. Ugh! I’m just having a blast! Never again will I order at this restaurant for pick-up nor probably go there to dine. I understand they are new, but what a RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not a single apology nor a thank you for...

This whole winter cold front we've been having lately has made me desire all the comfort foods. Like getting up to go to work and it is 29 degrees outside, makes me want to get back under the covers and melt. However we must adult work, pay bills, ect.... so I'll take my comfort foods to help ease the stresses of adulting in the cold.
Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered over to a booth. We were given the run down of how the menu works. They were still in the soft open phase of working out the menu and what are going to be their final must haves.
Opted for that Peach Tea of course, Egg Rolls, Pho Yourself, and Only Pho You. I was highly pleased with the quality of the food. The broth was what kept me intrigued. Now that Peach Tea, goodness I may have bought more than 3 of them. This is only a maybe lol. Actual peaches in the tea. I should have placed a to-go order of more food.
Interior is a nice size. It is quaint enough to feel like a cafe of sorts yet large enough to sit down with a larger party and have a great time. Everything was very clean.
Would most def recommend- pricing is a reflection of quality and presentation. I was very pleased with the customer service. My table was very well taken care of. And we have already plotted our adventure back.
