TL;DR I would never recommend coming here, the frozen food from a place like Trader Joe's will be 10x better, and much cheaper, than the food served here (And the food served here will still not be any better than frozen food from a place like Vons).

Long version

I'm very unsure why this is 4.2 stars rn. I ordered a chicken parmesan and it wasn't chicken cutlet, it was grilled chicken - but okay, maybe that's their take on that dish so I'll let that confusing choice slide. However, the bread was terrible. It was not good Italian bread, it was mushy and soggy bun-like bread. The chicken was tough, and the sauce had minimal flavor. I ordered a lasagna and, rather than a meat sauce, it just came with the same flavorless red sauce and two meatballs (Meatballs??). The meatballs were very mediocre in taste, and had a consistency of a paste/playdoh (The awful consistency ruined any taste consideration, but it was about as flavorless as the sauce by percentile. I.e., 0th percentile). It could not have been made from fresh ground beef, the worst cook couldn't make it that consistency using ground beef. It must've been the cheapest possible frozen meatball available (There are definitely better frozen meatballs out there). The pasta was very bad - rubbery even, though the cheese was fine. I don't know how it would be possible to mess up cheese though, so it doesn't qualify as "impossibly bad", perhaps just "as bad...

Best pizza I have ever ever had!!! The quality is incredible- the cheese, the crust everything they use is top notch ingredients trust me try it!! My friend told me about it & now I am telling all my friends. Their sandwiches are incredible as well!! Wow, you can taste quality!! Soft delicious bread all fresh delicious ingredients. Theyre sausages are incredible!!! Cant wait to try their pasta & Marco & Mary are so so so nice!!! So friendly- so lovely!!!! This is what makes a huge difference to me great quality & the beat customer service. Try them trust me!! From now on, this will be the pizza place I go to when we’re craving pizza (which is often) - I decided to write this review because I am so impressed. 10/10 I definitely will be going again & again!! Tried to order delivery from this place while we were in town staying at a hotel 1.7 miles away (Spring Hill Suites). The man claimed he did not deliver where I was at even though he didn’t know where I was. I tried my best to express how close I was to him even though I don’t know the area at all. He then took my address and said he would check where I was and call me back to let me know if I was close enough for delivery...he didn’t have the courtesy to return my call. We were willing to drive to pick up our order if 1.7 miles was indeed too far to deliver but we never got the chance since he never returned the call.
