So I rolled through the drive thru here tonight, end of my work shift, figured I'd treat myself to a couple burgers and a mcflurry. Took a moment to inspect my food after receiving it as any experienced fast food customer should. Found that my mcflurry seemed a little light. Stirred it around a bit and noticed that the bottom half of it was nothing but a giant air bubble. So I only got about half of a McFlurry.
I decided to walk in and bring this to the attention of the staff and to have it remedied, cuz you know those things are expensive for what you get as is... I wanted my money's worth of the food I paid for. So I approached the pick up counter to get someone's attention, standing there with my receipt and ice cream in front of me. But alas, no assistance was to be given, for almost 5 minutes. Staff walked back and forth in front of me a dozen times, and even approached the counter to call out an order that was ready for pickup. Not even that person who literally looked me straight in the eyes offered to assist me. Eventually a lady called out from like 5 feet away while looking at me asking if she could help me with something (Im pretty sure shes one of the shift managers). I explained that I came through the drive through, ordered a mcflurry with my meal and noticed it seemed half empty. And tilted it toward her so she could see. She looked inside, seemed confused walked away turned back to me, and said with the most annoyed tone ever "okay what would you like me to do to make it right?"
I shrugged, shook my head, held my hands out palms up and said "remake it?"
I was then given a wide eyed look that one might expect after kicking someone's favorite pet and she asked, "all of it?"
Here I am thinking 'huh? Is that actually a serious question? Nooooo... just the half that was missing... are you kidding me?' But I just said "yeah?" quizically...
She said alright, went about making the item, slammed it on the counter in front of me and said "there you go" before turning around and walking away.
This isn't the first time I've experienced attitudes like this from employees at this store. And I'm pretty sure this girl was a repeat offender.
All in all the service here is pretty shoddy, staff is generally rude, and the food is always a mess in the wrapper...
Read moreOkay let me promise this by saying I used to work drive-thru at Burger King and I would never ever complain anything other than it being really really bad. First time I came through the drive-thru and I ordered two McChicken sandwiches with mayonnaise on the side and a large french fry. They charged me a dollar per sandwich for mayonnaise that comes on the original sandwich. The french fries were completely way too salty and we couldn't even eat them. I called the manager because I was confused what I was actually overcharged and then on top of it french fries were horrible. The male manager said he put my name down in his book and to come in and get a new meal sometime soon. I went back about 2 weeks later and told the female manager my name and asked her to check the book. She couldn't find me but I was told they had just switched out books and she would have to look at the other one kept in her office. She then asked me what the managers name was that helped me. I had not gotten his name. I thought he said I would be in the book. Then she said when I told her he was real nice about it, even told me McDonald's was known for their fries, too salty was just not acceptable. The young lady manager then told me that they have no male managers and she wasn't going to look for my name in the other book because they didn't have another book. Obviously lying, blatantly rude, then made me feel like I was trying to get away with a free meal. I told her that they must have a male manager. I talked with him just 2 weeks ago. She again stated that they did not and that she's only going to give me the chicken sandwiches and I can forget the fries. At that point i asked her if she thought I was making this whole thing up because I started to get offended by the way she was handling it. She bagged up the sandwiches and I left. No fries, feeling horrible and really offended by her lies and attitude. McDonald's on 99 is a no go...
Read moreBro this mcdonalds has the worst service out of any mcdonalds location I've been too. The lady taking our order this day at 240 was extremely rude and kept trying to rush us through ordering. The lady who eventually gave us our food was just shoving us food not caring what was going on and then lastly when we requested sauce packets they had a guy come up to window and say they were in the bag and upon requesting more was told it would be a .25$ charge per sauce mcdoanlds is worth over a billion dollars and their ceo makes 6 figures how is it fair or even justfied to pass a charge like that off on the customer. Visiting a new place this wasn't the treatment I expected I've never been treated asked or told anything like I was at this mcdoanlds today even in my own hometown. I can't disrecommed this mcdoanlds over any other one I would rather drive to Portland or Seattle at that point and save the headache of being treated rudely. So the the lady with the dyed hair and the punk kid with a blonde perm either loose or job because you don't know how to treat customers or figure it out before you address another person in the way me and my family was treated today. On top of all of this we didn't even get all of our food over half our order was missing fries from every combo...
