Called today to order delivery a gluten free cheese free pizza, very specific ingredients. Not only did the employee who took my order the first time cut me off listing the ingredients back while not letting me completely finish my order, she charged me for the order and the pizza came with cheese. It took an hour to deliver, after they told me itd be 30-35 mins. I of course called once I saw my pizza was incorrect- to have them re deliver the rest pizza with the correct ingredients I asked for the first time...and whoever I spoke with to re order was very flustered as well as not so kind-- telling me I have to order saying no cheese- OBVIOUSLY. Duh. well I just wanna add I never have that problem when I order a pizza anywhere else. I'm not cut off or spoken over or spoken to with any kind of attitude as I would call it.... I'm sick today, I'll have waited over two hours for a pizza..without cheese. How ridiculously rude of the man I spoke with to argue with me over it. To the rude man on the phone---DUDE I HAVE A DAUGHTER WHOM I BREASTFEED who is ALLERGIC to dairy which is WHY I DONT EAT DAIRY AND ORDER A GLUTEN FREE PIZZA. I couldn't eat the pizza if I wanted to. It'd harm my baby girl. So next time u wanna be rude to someone maybe think about why they even have to order a special kind of pizza. It was THE EMPLOYEE who got my order wrong not me. Now I'll have to wait another hour bc "they are busy" counting two hours for a pizza I ordered correct the first time. Thanks guys... U would have no business at all no job if it weren't for ur customers keeping u busy I just find it completely rude. Could have spent my money on a delicious pizza from Paul's from NY they never get my pizza wrong EVER. And as busy as they are...

They make an okay middle ground. So this would be a better rating but one gripe really just kept knawing at me. The special was a "3" topping large pizza for 7.99$. Okay so this is an okay deal, granted that their large could be called a medium at other establishments. So I state what toppings i would like and the girl at the counter gives me a pained look. "Sorry chicken counts as a premium topping so it would cout as two toppings for this order" she tried to say something about it not being a common item like pepperoni. So when did chicken, one of the most abundant meats in food industry (i used to work as a cook and had to order product a lot.) Become a premium topping. Ordered bacon on this pizza, an item that is arguably more exspensive, was a single topping. So you have a pizza deal for three toppings, but hey be careful cause some of those topping will count as two toppings. I dont know why this one little thing bugs me so much. Otherwise okay pizza, not great, looked okay, topping spread was decent, taste average. Good...

We were staying in a hotel, the first thing I ask is, "Do you deliver to hotels?" The woman on the phone said yes, what hotel. I told her. She asked for a room number. While I was asking someone in our party what the room number was, she suddenly said "oh we can't delivery to rooms". Which is no big deal.
We waited patiently, got a call from the driver saying he'd be there in 5. Ran down the stairs to wait in the lobby. Saw nothing. Ran back to grab my phone, had several missed calls. Called the store back, to later find out they could deliver to the rooms, and the now man on the phone said he'd be back within 5 minutes. Perfectly fine. I decided to meet the driver outside. Saw a man pull up and park in the parking lot (with no sign on his car stating he was from Dominos) I stopped him. He said "You could have told me what room number you were" was so taken back by this.
Needless to say, I would never get Pizza here if I were any of you. Horrible service. Kid needs a...
