We were in town for the weekend and after a day spent with family we decided to go have a quiet beer and spend some time alone. It was a Sunday night February 23, 2020. Not only was the bartender friendly, she made the best cocktails! Great price, great service, and she even invited us to watch open mic night at the local comedy club! Ernie's is, personally, my favorite bar in all Humboldt. The bartenders are friendly and professional and have become friends of mine. While I've been there they have always been respectfull and fair with customers. Plus they are the only bar in Eureka that has a dart board for patrons. I would recommend this bar to anyone in the area looking for a drink and...

Surprisingly nice albeit tiny hole in the wall bar. They've got a small covered deck area with a dart board. I really liked the bartender. She was funny, but definitely won't put up with any nonsense. They've got a 20 dollar minimum on cards - so if you spend less than that they give you poker chips to use as credit for next time...
