I eat here more than is healthy, I put up with the tweakers and homeless because I know thats not MacDonalds fault, but last night I was heading home with my 6 year old skn Liam, we go through the MacDonalds drive through to get an Oreo Mcflurry for me and an ice cream for Liam, leave, drive almost all the way home, try the Mcflurry and its 99% vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of Oreo. Drive back to get a new one, wait in line again, guy in front of me doesnt pay because he returned after they screwed up his order, he gets to the second window, they hand him my Oreo Mcflurry, he holds it in the car for awhile till they figure out they screwed up again, he shoves the Mcflurry back in the employees hands and drives off. I pull up and now the employee tries to give me the same Mcflurry he just gave the angry dude, Im like seriously? At this point I dont want anything made by these employees that dont see the health issue in handing around food, I ask for a refund, line builds up behind me as Im waiting, guy returns with 3rd Mcflurry, I again tell him I just want a refund, he gets cashier, I tell her the whole story, she rolls her eyes and mumbles not nice things Im guessing, and storms off to get me my refund, she than returns, hands me my refund, offers no appology, no coupon, nothing for my trouble and gets testy... Read moreI came to have a nice weekend with the kids and husband after visiting the beach in Trinidad the kids were hungry so we stopped at this Mcdonald's and I ordered 3 hamburger happy meal with no pickles fries and apples with a coke easy ice and one hamburger happy meal regular with fries and apple and coke easy ice Only to be told that they don't do fries and apples I say ok then just fries the person continues to get the order then add a number 4 that I didn't order I then ask her to speak to the manager she claimed to be the manager then I say I'm going in to make the order they said lobby is closed I kept asking then I'll order at the window and they kept on try to figure out the order over the speaker to just have me go to the wind to finish placing my order then when I get my order it looked like a 2 yr old had made two of the burgers there was ketchup and mustard all over the bread and they only places the no pickle sign on lone of the burger leaven me to figure which was which and also wanted to get out of there mistake by saying they were trying someone but after many times once your customer is dissatisfied the manager should step in and not try and continue to train someone with an all ready dissatisfied customer if there was an option for no stars that's what I would go for. Read moreAfter waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive thru with only one car in front of me, I finally get my McFlurry. I politely asked if they could top it off with ice cream because it was only filled to an inch+ below the top of the cup (let alone the extra room in the domed lid). Erin was her name flat out said “No, I can’t do that”. In shock, I briefly was left without words, “Wait..no ”? I asked confused like maybe she heard me wrong. I again clarified that for basically $5, I would appreciate the cup to be full and that I wasn’t asking for more toppings, just ice cream and added in the fact how long I had to wait. I mean most places would of thrown in something for free for the inconvenience. She said she filled it to where it needed to be and that she put extra toppings in it. I didn’t ask for extra toppings, now all the more reason to need more ice cream for an appropriate ratio. I asked one more time “seriously you can’t just add more ice cream, take 2 seconds and pull the lever?” “No, I have other people’s food in line here,” she responded. So I drove off and annoyingly ate my cup mini M & Ms mixed with an ounce of ice cream.
