Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Everett

Two staff members and they can’t make an order correctly. The man working is tall with brown hair, he always has some sort of issue making my sandwich every-time I come in. I’ve never had a problem with this location until this worker. He’s skimpy on portions, and that’s not me being greedy. I had three single pieces of turkey for my whole sandwich. I eat jimmy johns often and this is not how it should come standard- this was a sloppy job from a guy who doesn’t give a shit. That seems weird. I shouldn’t be paying 15$ for a bag of chips and a sandwich that had more Mayo than anything else. I had to go in after my husband ordered because the male worker didn’t read the receipt. He even said “I didn’t even read that, my bad” Like what? If you’re behind that counter, know how to do your Job. This location is trash to me now simply because of my experience with this same worker. Train him BETTER, or find someone who can do the job efficiently.

Also I had my order remade, and the guy still couldn’t get portion control right, nor do I think he knows what even goes on a #12. This is my experience, if you’re gonna spend money- make that extra drive and go to the location at Everett mall or better yet...

I have learned to be careful about ordering from this location. The sandwich that was just delivered to me was not what I ordered and due to restrictions, I cannot eat it this way.

When I called the store I was polite and the lady on the other end had an attitude with me. She offered me credit. So now I have nothing for lunch. When I told her that I wanted the sandwich she said rather rudely that she had no idea how long it would take but "would be quite a while". One would think that after making a mistake the store would want to rectify things as quickly as possible.

It will be a long time before I consider ordering from here again. I can tell by looking at the sandwich that instructions were not followed. This is not a case of getting the wrong one.

Update: I took a gamble and ordered again as I had a day that I needed a lunch in a hurry and didn't want McDonald's. This turned out to be the wrong choice again. When I opened my sandwich to add the mayo, it surprised me to see plastic wrap in the sandwich! I called the store to report it and the girl who answered would not apologize or offer any solution. been ordering them in every 4-6 weeks for company's Friday lunch in the past year (usually for 6-10 people); long delivery time (took 45-60 mins, we are only 5 mins driving time from them) and always missing some sides and drinks. Like today, ordered 3 out of 6 meals with bottle waters and none was there! Last time, delivered only the sandwiches, but all sides and drinks gone missing... for group order and delivery, don't choose this location.

Edit on 4/12/2024 - Ordered 5 sandwiches combos today for delivery, took 55mins, and missed two sides (2x Red Velvet Brownies). This store always missed something. Last two times they missed bottle waters! Either the counter didn't check their orders or the delivery person stole foods.

Edit on 8/16/2024 - ordered 6 sandwiches again today for delivery with sides of 3 chocolate cookies, 2 chips and 1 pickle, again, took 55 mins. With their limited space on delivery remark, I've specified "Pls count strews, cookies(x3), chip(x2) carefully" as they didn't include cookies few times before.
