I don't usually order from Pizza Hut, the prices are the big reason and it's just not my preferred pizza but I had a gift card from Christmas so I wanted to use it. Food was good. Was particularly impressed with the wings. Good flavor and bigger than the competition in town I usually frequent. Long story short when the delivery came the wrong pizza was delivered and when I brought this up to the new driver he was very apologetic and wanting to resolve this but I didn't get the same sense of concern from the manager when the driver called. Like I said food was good in the end when I actually got what I ordered but I still don't think I'll be a customer too often especially at this price point.
UPDATE: 01/29/20 Didn't think it could but it got worse. Saturday night I ordered pizza and wings again this time only because I had credits after complaining about my service last time. I initially ordered for pick up at a price of $19.75, when I was not able to get to the store I immediately called and changed to delivery with an increase of $3.99 for a delivery fee which I agreed to. I waited and the delivery did not come. My doorbell NEVER rang. I waited all night to be sure they didn't try to sneak in the delivery right before they closed as I have had issues with this business before. I had wanted to pickup to avoid any issues if the same driver was delivery and recognized my address (I realize they could have still put 2 and 2 together with my name and ph # in the store also but I digress) so when I was waiting and waiting and it just never showed I didn't even bother to call and complain again that night I just figured I'd cut my losses. They never got me my food so surely they'd cancel my charge and I'd just never deal with them again. No. I called the store the morning of 01/26/20 while these charges were still pending noticing the $19.75 charge being reversed but not the $23.74. I explained the situation and was told my payment would be refunded. Today not only do I see the charge has processed through but it is $10.00 more than what I agreed to when changing from pick up to delivery. I decided rather than trying to call and deal with the clearly incompetent staff of Pizza Hut again I will just dispute this charge with my bank and let them deal with whatever repercussion that might come with that.
Pizza Hut will not be seeing another dime of my money again. Not only is it super expensive but you just might get the wrong order. That is if it shows up at all. That is one way to drop your rating from 3 stars to 1. Would be zero if that...
Read moreI ordered nearly $100 worth of food, and when the delivery driver arrived he had the wrong order. No worries, mistakes happen. He had to go back to the store to get mine. Well two hours had passed and I had not heard anything so I called the store. The woman who picked up was extremely rude and genuinely sounded to be under the influence of something, and was not being coherent. I asked to speak to the manager and his response was that they had not had the time to get my delivery to me as they had since had other orders come in, and stated it would be about another hour until I could be delivered my food. My pizza had already been out of the oven for 2+ hours and sitting on their counter, so I expressed concern about receiving $100 or so worth of pizza that would have been sitting out for 3 hours or more by the time I’d receive it. The manager was very curt and rude, and combatively stated “well if you want I can charge you again and remake your order”. Absolutely atrocious customer service and I will not give any business to this store or any other Pizza Hut again. Now I’m out $100 and have no food to show for it, and am expecting to have to dispute the charge with my bank based off of this interaction. Take your business elsewhere, I normally use dominoes as they have never given me any issue and their customer service is stellar, but was trying to take advantage of the big dinner box deal Pizza Hut offers....

A woman that didnt speak very good English picked up the phone said she was the only manager on staff wheb i asked if i could speak to anyone else and then begins to talk to another lady (a manager) to begins to say "thats tge same Brianna from yesterday and that I needed to call tomorrow and speak with Molly" while saying other thingst thinking im om hold. Meanwhile they have the same say so at the place being that they're both managers. Then when i ask for any type of contact infortmation im told there's "no type of way to contact the owner" not to mention yesterday I was told that I could only get a replacment meal was for me to return the food when we had been waiting a long time for it to even get to us.
