Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Fairburn

The place is beautifully designed and is a nice visual addition to the area. The parking lot was clean and maintained. Upon entering, the door to the entrance was really dirty which made me a bit nervous (is this indicative of the cleanliness of the kitchen?). The one (open) stall bathroom was also dirty with dried red and wet clear fluid on the toilet seat and what I'm hoping was water on the floor. The soap dispenser was pratically empty (how are the employees keeping their hands clean?). The dining area was beautiful and welcoming but was noticibly unclean as we approached to sit. The place was empty with one car in the drive-thru. I saw three staff members and a manager on duty so I don't understand the lack of cleanliness. It just didn't seam to be a priority. We ordered a sampling of the menu (breakfast sandwich, donuts, coffee, savory bread, egg white bites, etc.). They were out of hashbrowns which was disappointing. I enjoyed the freshness of the eggs. Overall, it was...okay. Not much flavor, but maybe that's Canadian way, I don't know on that one. I guess there's a nostalgia for the brand that is the draw, and may help it to succeed. I may try it again, but it's not something I'd go out of my way for. I think it was a bold move to set up shop next...

Ordered off doordash, when the bag showed up it was unopened but was missing my sandwich. So, instead of sitting down to a nice breakfast on a Sunday morning with my family, I have to drive out 30 minutes round trip to pick up my own food. We had like five items, not even a difficult order. While walking out the door I called the restaurant and after my second attempt at calling was able to speak to someone. I told her that the item had been missed, what it was, that it was ordered off doordash and I was on my way to pick it up. Asked her to please have it ready for me so I didn't have to stand and wait and then I was about 15 minutes away. When I showed up of course it was not ready, and I had to wait for about 8 minutes for the food I called the 15 minutes in advance for. All because they were incapable of getting it in the bag to begin with. Also, no apologetic tone or apology, they seemed more annoyed than anything. Typical for Fairburn restaurants unfortunately. Definitely will not be back and will not be ordering from this location off to work again. First and last experience with them. Food is...

02/18/2024 Hello.Everyone, My first visit. Tim’s is a great addition to the community. I had questions about the app, and a gentleman from the corporate office was very helpful. The store was doing a soft open , which seemed to be going very well. Staff as well as customers were professional, happy and enjoying the new location. The inside is roomy and relaxing. My days at Star bucks are over. Although the staff and food/drink there are Great!!! I hope you have a great visit .

02/20/2024 My 3rd visit! great customer service Great food. My family and I ate in. As we were enjoying our food we could hear someone yell ok!! don’t just stand around, if you don’t find something to do I will send you home!! I held my voice and decided to put it in this review.

She was Very unprofessional. If you have something to say to your employees pull them the side or save it before the store opens or closes.
