Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Fairburn

I ordered salads from the store on Senioa Rd in Fairburn. I normally don’t have problems. I order from them 3’xs a week are more. I even had family members order from them. I always order the Family Italian Chef salad, with extra meats on it. I have had times where they either leave something when deliver or the lettuce is old. They are normally good about taking care of it.

Well i ordered a salad picked it up. When i got home i saw the whole salad had Old lettuce that turned color. First all why would you send old lettuce out. I called the store and spoke with a Gentleman and explained to him what happened. He was very nice. He asked did i want to come and pick it up or I would have a credit. I explained that it was too late and i would bring him the salad the next day or send him a picture he said that was not necessary.

I called to get my salad said I let Trudy Patel know what happened. She argued me down to tell me that i had already picked up salad and or got the credit. I explained that i had not. Then i told her to speak with the gentleman. She said he told her he remembered me. I asked to put him on the phone she refused.

Then she in to say, “Your are not going to call here and keep saying that something is wrong trying to get over!” I told her to look at my orders history and how often l have ordered from them and i have only complained twice. I work hard for my money and I don’t have to hustle anyone out of no salad when i could just go and get a bag of lettuce and make my salad. I prefer to order from them.

Not only did she try to insult my intelligence but she tried to assault my character.

I am going to complain about her what she said and the way she feel about people of color.

As of today i will not patronize this company. Anyone that would sprew those awful words out their mouth in theses times when people are asked to use the companies in the community to keep then from going under. Does not and will not get my...

My entire experience with this establishment was horrible. First, I was not greeted when I arrived. The cashier made eye contact with me and asked for payment and then turned around and held a conversation with another employee while holding my credit card in her hand instead of processing my payment and returning my card. The same cashier slid my pizzas on the counter and walked away instead of handing me my pizzas or opening the pizza boxes to make sure my order was correct. One of my pizzas slid out of the box in my car because the box was not put together properly. I called the store to express my concerns and the woman that answered the phone was very nonchalant and showed no interest in my concerns. I told her not to worry about it because I will no longer be supporting their business and that I would leave a review on google, and she replied “go ahead, have a great day.”

This establishment does not care about having good customer service or losing customers for that matter. I am an Army Reservist, Registered Nurse, Wife, and Mom. My life is busy. I order out to make my life a little less hectic and this establishment only made my already busy life, more chaotic. I refuse to spend my hard earned money where I’m not appreciated or valued. I reallly wish I could give no stars. I have spent so much money at this particular franchise over the years, only for them to recently treat me as if I was stealing from them and the lady attempted to call the police on me for a mistake their so call “manager” made the short Arabian/Indian looking guy. He swiped my card twice thinking it did not go through the first time, I asked him to reverse one of the payments (in the amount of) almost 70 dollars. He told me he was not going too. I called my credit union and they explained to him it would be best for him to reverse it instead of me having to call and put in a claim, he still refused, then the short lady who’s always rude while taking orders that looks like his cousin asked me to leave. I asked for a store manager they claim he was the manager and claimed they were the owners. And she picked up the phone as if she was going to call the police. I will NEVER support this location ever again and frankly I hope they close just like Starbucks next to them, even though I loved that Starbucks. They are rude, get your orders wrong, over cook the food and over charge and double charge your credit cards and make you feel like it’s you, when it’s clearly them!!!
