'Wich Day Sandwiches — Restaurant in Fairfield

I am visiting family in Connecticut and we decided to stop at the sandwich shop. I ordered a mediterranean salad with chicken and my dad ordered a philly cheese steak with swiss cheese. First: The girl at the counter who took our order (unfortunately i wasn’t able to get her name) was so friendly and nice. Second: Our order was out within 10 minutes or even less. They were very fast and speedy. Third: The place was clean and tidy. I saw a worker walking around restocking and cleaning little things here and there so it’s well maintained. Overall this place is so awesome for a lunch spot and very affordable. You can expect to spend about 15 bucks per person. Very good sandwiches! Sometimes they can be a bit skimpy, and then other times the sandwiches are very nicely loaded. They run around $10-12 a sandwich. (But that's the new norm.) They have a very nice variety of hot and cold sandwiches and also salads as well as specials for each day of the week. There are nice coffee selections as well as iced tea and other beverages. They have a very nice, pleasant eat-in area that is very clean and also a very nice, courteous and efficient staff. It's one of the only places left where you can get a nice deli sandwich! My sandwich was made incorrectly, then instead of making me a new one they threw all the ingredients back on the grill separately (including the bread) and scolded the girl for not charging me extra for the missing meat (she charged me $1.10 extra, there was no cause to reprimand her). Not only had the food left the restaurant with me, but it was put back on the grill where two separate guys were handling it with no gloves. I thought to ask for my money back, but the girl at the register was genuinely nice about the mistake and attempted to get it straightened out.
