The Great SatanThe Great Satan
So it's finally open. I'm happy they moved from their other location as they are probably not getting that many views from the 159 that they will now. This place is overstuffed. They have so many things that I just don't even remember them carrying like artwork and this many toys. It's basically like Kohl's and I'm trying to think of what they have versus what Kohl's has, but they're nearly the same. You really got to get out here and see it for yourself to appreciate it. There was a good swell this morning of people here to see the grand opening including the mayor and a bunch of little kids. And the best part is it wasn't even that cold outside so it was quite tolerable to wait. It always appreciate a new store because of new bathrooms and everything being so clean and employees being happy to be at a new location.

I love shopping at Burlington, but this newly opened store is far too small for the amount of items they have and it looked TRASHED! Walking around with a cart was a nightmare. The walkways are too narrow and there was shoes, bags, toys, clothes, etc. left on the floor so you could not easily get through. People were waiting behind me while I was browsing, so I left. I was in there less than 10 minutes. Disappointing is an understatement.

Burlington is probably one of my favorite stores. I feel like this particular store having moved to the new location, has a lot more items. Or it could just be this store is location is smaller than the last. Either way. I think I like it better.

The selection of clothing items has shrunk dramatically since the last time I visited this store. I give three stars for selection. I had to drop another star for the cashier. I saw her at the cash register, and she appeared busy. I was the only person in line and not in a hurry so I started looking at the items near the cash register. I stopped looking and looked at the cashier to see if she was ready. She seemed looked at me, but I wasn't sure if she was ready for me so I waited to be called or acknowledged in some way. Finally, I said jokingly, "I'm going to blame you if I keep spending money." She said, "Don't blame me. Just don't come in the store." She never smiled. She never greeted me. She never said anything other than asking if I have a benefits account. It was the rudest attitude and response and more attitude. I realized that she had no intentions of acknowledging that I was waiting to check out. I suppose that I was supposed to walk up and just start placing my things on the counter. I thought I was being patient by waiting until she was ready, but I...

The place has really went down it is just out of order everywhere and it's just the customer the customers that wait I mean the the people that wait on you are really nice with a good attitude but that the store itself is really went down and the supply and the way they got it all it's just not been straightened out in a while or put together right so they need to take a day off at night or something and everybody get together and fix the store because everything is just it's just everywhere now it's starting to look like a Goodwill instead of a Burlington store you got to dig for stuff and it's not it's not good but the but the employees are very nice...
