Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Fargo

If I could give 0 stars for this order, I would. I ordered at 1:22 pm to have it brought to my work. I work at a retail store that has over 100 employees. I put in the delivery instructions to call me when they arrive at the store. 1:36 my order was out for delivery. 2:15 I called this store to ask where my order is, since it's been almost an hour since I've ordered, no updated on the app, no phone call to my phone. They gave credit to my account for majority of the cost of the order and said it should arrive shortly (I've been putting off taking my break until I get my food). I thank the guy on the phone, and continue waiting. I then called at 3pm to tell them, I still haven't received my order, and they're going to have to change the delivery location to where I'm going to be in 10 minutes. They tried to prompt me to cancel my order, in which case I denied, because I'm hungry still. They said they'll have it made up and on it's way shortly. I received my order at 3:40 pm. I don't order from Jimmy John's very often, but I think if I do in the future, it won't be from this location. There's absolutely no reason why I should have to call twice, and wait over 2 hours for a 16" plain Italian slim, cut in half, with a large cherry coke, effectively making me miss my only break at work I had today. Ordered from here a few times now despite the problems, and this time i'm finally done. First time I ordered they brought the wrong pop, no mayo packs as requested. Pop was to be cherry coke, and got sprite. called back and brought what i needed. Second time I ordered and got tomatoes on my sandwich. I dealt with it and picked it of as i was too busy to call and wait again after the delivery time was almost 20 mins. Today 3/13/15 Ordered a #4 no tomatoes and yet again it has them on my sandwich! Also requested napkins and there was none when my order arrived. Needless to say none of these times did they even offer anything for the problems. No cookie offered, discount for next time, or free sandwich for next time. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Im a long time Jimmy Johns customer! My favorite is the unwich (mainly due to my allergies). The lettuce in the unwich (the wrap) was soft & mealy, no crunch. 🤮 I had taken the wrap togo & didnt inspect it before I left as I have NEVER encountered this. I called back to JJ & the women that answered the phone, I told her the issue, she asked me what she wanted me (her) to do about it. I asked for a remake. She agreed she would do it, but told me the lettuce would be the same. 🤔 Even though I told her Id be back, I decided the rudeness & lack of customer service isnt worth it. Im really hoping that she is just having a bad day & going to give the this JJ's 3-☆'s...
