I was ordering on my phone, but decided I could probably get my order placed faster by calling in. I wanted a custom pizza with ham and pineapple, plus a crazy bread combo. The total for the order on my phone was $13.44. The woman on the phone told me the price was $14.79. I assumed the "Hula Hawaiian" had some extra cheese or something to make the price higher than a custom ham/pineapple, so I asked for the employee to enter the pizza as a custom, instead of a "Hula Hawaiian." Sure enough, I was told the price had dropped again to $13.44. Great. Then I was told that I wasn't allowed to make a custom pizza with those toppings. I had to order the "Hula Hawaiian," because it was an item that already existed on the menu. Confused, I stated that the "Create your own pizza" is also on the menu. I was told that they would give me the price of $13.44 this time, but in the future, the price would always be $14.79. When I picked the order up in the store, I asked when the general manager was working. I was told the store had no general manager. A male manager told me that this was the way all Little Caesar's stores did business, and how all employees were trained. He also claimed that online orders for custom ham/pineapple pizzas would be automatically corrected. I pulled out my phone and asked the manager to read the total price on the checkout screen. He refused. At this point, I was very frustrated. I yelled at the manager that it said $13.44, and that I wasn't stupid. A fellow customer asked me to stop yelling. I apologized and kept my voice at a normal level. I'm not proud of the fact that I yelled in the first place, and I'm not blaming it on the employees. I was asked to leave by the manager. I told him that I felt they were committing fraud by artificially raising the prices. He told me to leave "his store" and never come back. I don't intend to. I have been a fan of the Little Caesar's brand for years. However, I believe that what this manager is doing is fraud. It is bad customer service, it is unethical, and it is illegal. I do not believe his actions represent the entire company of Little Caesar's. I am certain many wonderful people work at this store, specifically. But this man is intentionally charging customers more than the menu price. and something...
Read morewent there at 8pm. All the lights are off except the menu. There’s an “order at window” sign and there’s gas station hose you run over at the window that rings. Lady comes over opens the window and barks out at me, yelling a select few items in rapid order that she had left and that I can get any of those items otherwise she was sold out.. little ceaz is this normal? I love the pizza and I don’t ask much but i do expect that I can order from at least from 2/3 of the menu while your open. Cheese bread was what I came for and that was not an item she listed. Just wanted cheese bread and a sausage pizza and I ended up leaving feeling scolded for pulling up so close to close (an hour before close idk if that’s crazy or not idk maybe close at 8 I guess)pizzaless and hangry. If that lady was your manager as she spoke as if she owned the place then I can’t imagine you won’t be too profitable... I saw a now hiring sign... must be tough out there if this lady is...
Read moreI placed an order online for hot-and-ready items, and they gave me an estimated pick up time of 5:10 (which was 30 minutes after I had placed the order. Very reasonable) I arrived at 5:10, and I was told my order would still take an additional 15 to 20 minutes. For items that are marketed as “hot-and-ready”, this wait is clearly unacceptable. This is the third time I’ve dealt with this at this specific Little Caesars at various times of day (both off- and on-peak times), and, based on the number of people usually settled in the room, I’m not alone in being told to wait longer than anticipated. The staff was very kind, and they’re the only reason I didn’t leave a one star review. Either they are overworked given the amount of orders they need to do, or this Little Caesars does not have the proper equipment and procedures to hold up to their own marketing promises. Either way, this restaurant is chronically underinvested in. Avoid this location...
