Placed order on app at 9:23pm. Waited 10 minutes in drive through 9:33pm. Received food after seeing happy meal on the counter for over 20 minutes. Finally received food at 10:05pm. All the food was hot except the happy meal. We were told rudely by women at 2nd window, to pull up to the 3rd window after we asked her if we could have the happy meal remade due to being cold from sitting on counter with the box open. We told her we would wait at 2nd window for happy meal. She told us 5 minutes for it to be remade. After 12 minutes, a different employee came to the window, handed us a cash refund and very rudely told us that they are refusing to remake anything for us due to us cursing at them. We simply stated “I’ve been waiting an f’ing hour for our food, we’re not moving.” We asked to speak to a manager, and were refused for several minutes. The employee went and found a manager on duty, who again told us they were refusing to make our sons happy meal. We explained how we talked to the previous employee and how long we’d been waiting already, he was understanding of our frustration and finally personally remade our son’s happy meal, Which we received at 10:18pm.
We also witnessed through the drive window, an employee who was sweeping, who we saw digging in his butt crack while walking to the lobby. We also saw through the window that The kitchen had garbage and spilled liquids all over the floor, and counters, and food and beverages stacked all over the counters for over 30 minutes, including a melted frappe. We watched well over 10 vehicles leave the line without receiving their food. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a McDonald’s. Read moreI visited the 45th St. location on Sat. Oct.12 at 430 pm. I placed my order via the app a little before 4 pm. Upon arriving at the store(I had selected curbside pickup) I entered my spot # & waited&waited&waited&waited for my order to come. It never did!I watched people go in & come out, I saw car after car after car enter and leave drive thru. I'm a pretty patient person but this was outrageous!!After waiting for my order for well over 30 min.I finally went inside to see what the problem was. The store was an absolute disgrace!Not 1 clean table to be seen at all, trash cans were overflowing,management was having some kind of issue with 1 of the machines so I stood in the store for another 15 min.before I was even acknowledged!The male manager,a red head with a ponytail asked me if he could help me&I explained why I was in the store & how I had been waiting for my curbside order for well over 30 min.&he actually said "let me see if I have that"!!Are you kidding me right now!?!? Read moreSo I order a double quarter pounder and a large sweet tea like always so I started eating in the parking lot of the McDonald's and I started feeling funny I looked down and open the sandwich to find mayonnaise which I am deathly allergic to I had to inject myself with an EpiPen to prevent myself from dying I went in the store and I said something about it what's the manager to do she insults my intelligence and claims there's always been mayonnaise on the quarter pounders and smirked it's not a laughing matter nor is the lawsuit and your potential firing. There has never been mayonnaise on the quarter pounder McDonald's site list every ingredient and McDonald's customer service as well as stated there is not mayonnaise on the quarter pounder and is not supposed to. I realize that it could have just been a newer person who messed up but when people remove items and don't add items to their order there may be a very good reason for that maybe somebody is allergic such as myself I don't know about you but I ain't trying to die over a damn quarter pounder.
