Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Fargo

Don't go to Papa Murphy's an hour before closing. They will get upset. Plus they messed up my order three times before. I had to go back and get it corrected with the last mistake. The employee was upset. I said, if you don't want to fix my pizza, let the other employee do it. A guy in line told me to stop. He quickly humble me and I was thankful for that. I didn't say anything more. I got my pizza and left. They kept messing up my order each time. Just that one employee had a problem with messing up my pizza. He has no customer skills either. I will never go back to this...

The family loves the pizza. I just cant stand going in there. I place a call in order, and its lost not done what ever. Then I do online, then they cant get it done when your pickup time. Then you wait 40 minutes keep askin how much longer. Only to find out at some point they did it and put it up on the online rack. Then says its right here you could have picked it up anytime. I was like really you knew I was here and you checked that for my pizza. Why would I think you would put it up there instead of tell me. They make it really hard...

I haven't had a bad experience here before, but tonight I waited 20 minutes for the employee to make my pizza. There was only one person in front of me, who ordered 2 pizzas. That's only 3 pizzas in 20 minutes. This is not an exaggeration. I timed it. The man preparing the pizzas was not alone in the store. There was another employee there, I'm guessing a manager, who took care of any phone calls that came in. I love Papa Murphy's Pizza, but my time is important to me.
