Super disappointed with our visit today. Ice cream machines broken and no alternative option, and that was honestly the whole reason we went because I knew my son would love that. His kids mac n cheese was not good. He did eat it, but if it had been my meal it would have been sent back. It tasted old and bland, and had two random pieces of other food in it. It was also served at room temperature. The beef in the Reuben was tough, and not warm. The pineapple in the fruit cup was poorly cut and had eyes on it. The water from the soda fountain wasn't good. There were no menus available to look at while waiting to order, and then they expect you to have it all figure out when you get up there. The kitchen crew burnt something while we were ordering and the place smelled like smoke most of our visit. Seriously, everything went wrong, and it was like $28 for one full sandwich, another half sandwich with fruit, and a kids mac n cheese (with milk,...
Read moreAs a family of nine, my family and I always loved to go to Jason's as we travel all over the United States. As I was visiting Fayetteville, Arkansas and wanted to have a normal Jason's Deli meal with my family, we were told we had to pay adult rates for children salad bars even though our 7 children ages range from 2-12. After speaking with the Manager and deciding we would eat anyway, he was not to kind about it and didn't even try to find a way to cooperate with us. They didn't have the items on the salad bar that I like the most and my wife's Potato was even wrong when they brought it to the table even though we repeated 3 times how she wanted it. This is going to be our last visit to this Jason's and maybe to Jason's period. Too bad for Jason's. Thought I was done and went back to get a second salad plate and was asked by the manager to bring back the salad plates on the table to trade for a new one. Never had an experience at...
Read moreThis is one of those restaurants that when it's good it's good, but it has its moments. Don't try going when they first open at 10:30 on a weekday because everyone on the staff is super busy getting corporate business lunches ready and you will get no service. Same thing with late night, you'll wait forever on a sandwich. None of us have ever really found a kind of sandwich we cared much for, but the redeeming quality is their soups and salads. The salad bar is always fresh, well-stocked, and high-quality. The soups are always really tasty. I hate that they took away the option of one trip salad, because now you have to pay full price even if you only eat one bowl of salad like me. So my advice is to go in the middle of the day, and order a soup and salad. My daughter has said their baked potatoes are pretty good, just don't get the sweet potatoes which...
