I am not looking free items nor am I looking for coupons. I just wanted to let someone know that my first experience was not good. In this economy, spending over $70 for a meal much less pizza is a luxury for most families. For that luxury to be tainted by a bad experience and food that is not edible is very disappointing. I do want to say that the one man that was working was extremely nice. He was frustrated with his coworkers but was very pleasant to the customers. I understand that the ticket machine was down and orders were not printing out but properly trained food service workers should be able to think on their feet. Instead of complaining about someone not coming in, write down the orders for that one man to work the orders coming in. When I say that one man was the only one working, I mean he prepped the dough in the back, prepared the food, cooked, cut, and greeted customers at the counter. One person worked on the ticket machine. 3 others wondered around the back as if they didn’t know what to do. Complaining about various things. A man in a red shirt finally jumped in to expedite food. He asked me 7 times what I ordered. At one point I gave him my phone so he could get my order together. He tried hard to get it all together but he was overwhelmed with a large order. He brought me part of my order. I explained that I was still missing something and the wings had the wrong sauce. I tried to help out by asking to making the other wings with the sauce that was meant for the wings already made. He put my order on the counter, walked off to make the remaining item. Did not put my food under the heat to keep it warm. All in all, I wanted in the store for over 30 minutes for an order that said was ready on tracking before I left my house. I did receive 2 emails from “managers” wanting to give me coupons for discounts. I emailed both with my story and never heard back from either person. I hadn’t planned on returning to Marcos but the sweetest lady from the Ramsey St store convinced me to try her store. She said they would take care of me and treat me the way I should have been treated from the beginning. This picture shows my food sitting on the counter while I waited for the final item to be made.

They forgot to cut one of my pizzas, the manager on duty didn’t seem to care when I called. I requested my $5 tip back when I had to return for them to cut my pizza. The young lady up front tossed my money on the floor dollar by dollar. I picked it up and left, only to realize they cut my other pizza to bite sized squares and gave me sweet chili sauce with my breads sticks instead of marinara when I got back to work. Terrible service.

Went and picked up a pie on a Sunday morning. Took about 20 minutes. I can usually eat the majority of an xl pizza by myself, and a large is no problem. This is high quality pizza, folks, and well worth the 20 bucks i spent. I was full after 3 slices. 10/10, will eat here again.

Called to order pizza these people had me on hold for 20 minutes and then when I went up there I actually seen why I was on hold that long!! They had the phone sitting off the hook and the staff began laughing well the guy Rico and some other white guy that was cooking. They thought it was funny I literally had to go spend money at Papa John’s where they got my $40, so making their company lose business!! Rico (if that’s his name) became very disrespectful and of course I gave him so words then happily walked out!! The customer service is horrible and I will be writing and calling to the corporate office about the rude experience I had with Children in the car as well it could have went another way ……. Whoever is in charge needs a new night shift staff the company is losing money due to rude staff!! and the phone being off the hook with me still on hold in the facility!! Mind you I left it in the car pulling up. I literally had told them I wish I had my phone to take a picture of them standing around and the phone off the hook. Rico also stated while laughing they knew the phone was off the hook and knew someone was on hold .Pizza Hut Papa Johns Domino’s would never. The cooks are unacceptable I wouldn’t dare let them cook my pizza!! Rico is horrible like cooks belong in the back sir!! Marco’s Do Better at...

I will NEVER order pizza from Marco's again! Tried to place an order online around 6 using a 30% off coupon they emailed to me. I could not check out without putting my address in. I'm not a " new customer", and after several attempts, I called the McPherson location and spoke with James. He said there was nothing he could do because the offer came from corporate. "So, let me get this straight...the offer comes from corporate but the food comes from you and there's nothing you can do to honor the 30% off?" I asked. He said "no", so I went back and ordered without the discount. To add injury to insult, the tracker said delivery would be at 9:20!! It wasn't even 7:30 yet! So, at 9:28, I call the store back and speak with James, again. He says the order is just now coming out of the oven! Really people!!!??? In a business world where customer service is everything, count Marco's out. Even James should have known how to handle this situation. What a shame!..................................Okay. Update. I finally got the pizza at around 10:30 last night. The driver was so apologetic! We were told that the delivery person would clock out at closing and then deliver our food! Never again James! Maybe you should read or re-read the bad reviews your store has had and see what the problem is and how...
