If I could choose a negative -1 star I would: worst experience of my life tonight. Never have I ever sat in a drive thru for 1 hour! The worst part about it is that I couldnāt freely drive away I was stuck in between cars. I am extremely frustrated because I was tired after a whole day of doing college work and I had a time limit to turn it in. I was hungry and thought Iāll just go get a burger āreal quickā and come back. I missed my 11:59 deadline today because of the wait! I pre-ordered my meal through the app so I could just do a pickup and go so that I didnāt have to wait long for my food. By the time I got my food it was cold because it was sitting there since I pre ordered it. I went to the door to flag someone and he never came, I finally came to the conclusion that there was only one person working on the inside I didnāt see anyone else. Why is this business running with no staff on a busy Saturday night, might as well have put a closed sign save the guy from tremendous stress and save the customers from long hours in a drive thru. Wasnāt worth my time or money! Iām so mad right now. Never ever going back to the BK until they make a change. O and the guy was unprofessional commenting on my methods of payment. Pff I am broke hello I had two different cards with certain amount on each it was like doing a split payment but he called me weird for doing that. Iām sorry but this place needs management attention and better employees! Not happy at all. I want a refund but Iām sure that wonāt happen. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location used to be my go to, and generally is better than most. However, the last couple of times Iāve been here Iāve been kind of turned off. Two issues this time that caught my attention. This time the lobby was open and so I went inside to order and eat. There were a few other customers also inside eating but out of nowhere, the manager comes locked the front door and basically asked the customers seated to not let others in as he was closing the lobby. Of course, like clockwork as soon as he did this two or three people showed up, so others eating happily inside, and couldnāt figure out why they werenāt allowed inside. No sign, no explanation, just relying on the customers to handle the management of this problem.
Second issue, the new chicken sandwiches that they brought back, including the club. Itās a very simple sandwich to make. Chicken, lettuce, tomato cheese even when I mentioned, make sure the cheese and bacon on it. It seemed that these two items were left off and so rather than take the sandwich back, they handed me a box with some cheese and some pieces of bacon in it , seriously?
After taking a few bites of this, I donāt think I even made it through by halfway of the sandwich and decided to drop it into the bin. Iām just not sure anymore about the food quality the previous time I was here I got a simple whopper with cheese and bacon and never made it through that sandwich either so I donāt know if itās just me or if Things just start fresh and appealing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIm so sad about this visit. From start to finish we felt ignored and a bit un-welcomed. We came through the drive through at 10:18, 9/13/22. The ladies sounded so distant from the conversation we had to repeat ourselves a few times. It felt like they were incredibly distracted and unfocused.
When we got to the window, it was the same lack of connection, lack of eye contact, lack of respectable hand-off of food. Just a messy, seemingly sloppy situation in general.
We got the wrong order. They over-charged and gave us more food than we ordered. When we came back in to give them the sandwich back they refused š. It was such an uncomfortable experience, we did not feel like customers at all, more like an inconvenience. And the worst part is not feeling listened to afterwardsā¦.
Anyway, as a business owner myself, I hope someone can help tighten up the employees and managers here, perhaps become more cohesive & focused on the customers instead of chit-chat, or at least how to prioritize conversations and make customers feel acknowledged.
Although, this is our local Burger King, and always come here for breakfasts, We will probably not be coming back until they have a more inviting team or train the current team to be...
