House Teriyaki Wok — Restaurant in Federal Way

Chicken teriyaki is one of my favorite foods, so I've been to a lot of places in the region. This place is close enough to me that I can go regularly, so I've been a few times after abandoning Pho Thai.

House Teriyaki Wok is my new favorite. I've had it a handful of times now, you get great portions, normal price, and most importantly I've gotten the same thing consistently each time. They could use a thicker salad dressing, I'm probably just going to get a bottle of my own anyway. I consider salad mostly an afterthought and the chicken teriyaki is excellent, so top marks.

Dropping a star because when I first started going here, the portions were great for the price. But since then they've cut an entire scoop of rice off what they give you, while prices have increased by several dollars. It's not really worth trying to...

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I ORDER AND I WAITED FOR TOO LONG.THE PEOPLE WHO JUST CAME IN THAT IS CAUCASIAN JUST GOT THEIR ORDER..NOT ONLY ONE CUSTOMER BUT THERE IS 3 ORDERS THAT CAME AND I WAS THERE FIRST...I CANT HELP IT BUT ASK ....I TOLD THEM I WAS HERE BEFORE THEM WHERE IS MY FOOD...AND THIS LADY TOLD THAT ITS IN ANOTHER WOK..I WAS ABOUT TO CANCELLED MY ORDER COS IT TAKES TOOOOOOO LONG....BUT THEN WHEN I GET IT I SNATCHED AND WALKED AWAY.

I WOULDNT EAT THERE ANYMORE ,,,AND IF YOU ARE ASIAN ,.,EXPECT YOU WILL WAIT AS THEY WILL SERVE THE CAUCASIAN FIRST..

I don't do these reviews but this place was so bad I had to. My girlfriend and I ate here 8/10/17 she got general tso and I got orange chicken and both of our dishes were so disgusting we took two bites each and threw them away. It's almost indescribable how gross it was, it was very bland and very poor flavor and the texture was like a ball of mush with a core consisting of a very small piece of heavily processed nasty freezer burned chicken.
