Realistically I'm not even going to give stars to the food because we all know that somebody else makes Starbucks food Starbucks doesn't actually make their own food.
I will however say that I will never come to the Starbucks ever again. Realistically I wanted to give the employees the benefit of the doubt, but the way that the employees acted the last time that I was there, there's no doubt that it's the employees that are running this place into the ground.
First of all the line here is generally always long, and it's easy to assume that the line is long because people don't order their drink through the app first. That's no big deal. What I do have a big deal about is when you get to the window to pick up your drink and all of the employees inside are arguing about who's supposed to be on the clock.
It takes the person in front of me forever to get their drink, when I get to the window I can see my drink and food sitting on the counter. All somebody has to do is hand me my drink and my food, but no. I don't know if the girl in the hijab you got working there is a manager but she grabbed a notebook and spent 5 minutes arguing about who was supposed to be on shift while you got 10 cars looped around your drive-thru and the window is wide open so I can hear what's going on.
Almost every time I come through this drive-thru it's like this, it's a long wait, and by the time you get to the window either the person handing you your drink is not personable nor are they friendly, or you get to the window and you have to wait 5 minutes because there's literally nobody there cause the workers are all at the counter talking with one another instead of doing their job. You can pull my information from the app and you can see that I always order ahead of time, usually my order only takes 10 minutes to make, and I'm usually always behind at least five cars when I pull in there so I know my orders already done by the time that I get to the window.
I would rather drive to the Starbucks down on 288, or go to the Starbucks inside the Safeway then go to the Starbucks. I would rather drive down into Auburn to go to the Starbucks near my work then go to this Starbucks, that's...
Read moreI first arrived to the location and saw that the line was pretty much came into the Safeway parking lot so I decided to go inside because it was pretty. Once I did go inside, I saw three workers working one of them by the name of SJ seems to have been helping people in the drive-through which I sat patiently waited for one of the three girls to approach the register. There were two other people waiting other than myself, I saw the girls working very quickly to get everyone’s order taken care of and when it came to my time come to the register I sat there for an extra five minutes with no one saying anything to me about Me being next in line so I saw SJ walked past me. I asked her. Hey when you get a chance, may I please have a cup She responded with when I get a chance. I will get it for you as you could see are busy. I responded to her. I’m very aware that you’re busy that’s why I said when you get a . I sat there for six minutes, waiting for SJ to help me and she refused to walk back to the counter. She stayed serving people out of the drive-through window. I do not understand why I was treated this way. I have never been treated I Starbucks and I’ve been a customer of Starbucks for over a decade now. I’m not sure why she responded to me particularly this way but I do know that I am the Americans and maybe she thought I was trying to rush her. I hope I never experienced this any other establishment and I will no longer visit. it is extremely close to my home, the Starbucks located in Federal Way near the Winco and they are always so nice and helpful And they have never treated me the way I Was...

Every visit to Starbucks is more than just a coffee run it’s an experience! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm smiles of the friendly baristas. The ambiance is cozy, inviting, and perfect for catching up on work, reading a book, or simply unwinding.
What truly sets Starbucks apart is the personalized touch. Whether it’s your name (spelled right or wrong—always a fun surprise!) or a handwritten note like "Slay the day!" on your cup, the little details make all the difference. These small but meaningful gestures turn an ordinary coffee break into a moment of joy (Starbucks on 1301 S 320th ST FW)!
The quality of their drinks never disappoints. From the smooth and bold Cafe Latte @200 degrees in my favorite vanilla bean frappuccino with caramel to the seasonal delights that keep things exciting, Starbucks isn’t just about coffee; it’s about community, comfort, and those uplifting moments that make your day a little brighter. Thank you, Starbucks, for always making my coffee breaks...
