Edit: I did call corporate the day of my post and I am getting a refund. I also talked to Jim, the Office Manager (I think?) and he was so nice and kind of this situation. I understand they are short staffed. The locations that I work at are also short-staffed, so I get it 100%, but you have to be kind and understanding. I walked over there and just wanted my food. I didn't want to go in or anything. Thank you Jim for the nice words and letting me tell my story. I moved it to 3 stars for him alone. I still probably wont come back to this location, if she is there, as I don't want it to be awkward.
Original: I never had problems with this location before. I normally have ordered pickup orders before and I did it today. I walked over to Arby's to get my food and I found out that it was locked and the dining room was closed. I started walking back, but then I thought that I could maybe knock on the door and they could just bring me my food. I came to the door and the lady put moved her hand around her neck saying that "it's a no-go". I tried to yell to them I put in a pick-up order. The lady then came over and I said that I ordered a pick-up and she said that I would have to go around and I told her I can't. She then stared at me and then started walking away. I then told her to then cancel my order and give me a refund. She then shrugged her shoulders and then walked away. I tried to see if my order was ready to pick up and then walked away. I then called the support office to see if I could get a refund and the lady I talked to was really nice and apologetic about it. She said that she is going to put a request for my refund. I will NEVER go back there, as long as that lady is there. She was rude and didn't care AT ALL. I understand when people are busy, as I also work in "retail", so I get it, but she could've have a little more humanity, when I couldn't go around. I am not going to cut cars to get my food and I am not going to wait in line with the cars to get my food. That is NOT safe. I also tried to call them, to get my refund, but they didn't answer. If I get my refund, I might move this to a 2, but they lost a...
Read moreI had a really long and arduous day yesterday. I was blessed with 5 extremely hard working men who showed up to help me work at my new house. They did everything cleaning my gutters, landscaping and putting up a privacy fence. All I did was buy the materials and tell them what I needed. However, I was really exhausted by the end of the day. The last thing I wanted to do was cook for myself. I stopped at the Fishers Arby's on 96th Street and was greeted by David who treated me like I was his best friend. He asked me about my day. He thanked me for serving in the US Navy. He made sure my dinner was as ordered and hot. He was so kind and thoughtful. Thank you so much. I was able to end my day on a positive note. I tried to do a survey but Arby's.com no longer is doing surveys. David is the BEST. My dinner hit the...
Read moreThe lemonade sizes have been changed. A large is now a medium but still called a large; and a medium lemonade is now a small size. I don’t mind paying more for a large size, but that’s no longer an option. I was told a large is now 20 oz, but a 20oz soda is a medium. What sense does that make? Additionally, the mozzarella sticks or jalapeño poppers can’t be made to order if I pull up to the window in 20 seconds and my food is ready, even though they assure me they cook these items to order and they don’t sit in a warmer. Additionally, this location has people working at the window that literally do not speak..not even 1 word. Except the older gentleman who is always very pleasant. We will go to McAlister’s for a large peach lemonade in the future, this was honestly the only reason we...
