I have been to plenty of busy Mcdonalds in my life time. This particular location not only messed up my order they gave me nothing that was ordered. I had about a 25 $ order and they gave me about 2 $ worth. I understand how busy they were and that occasionally they have mishaps but When I politely confronted them about their mess up at the window they had to see my receipt to see what I actually ordered. They then told me to pull up and they would bring it out to me, OK no big deal I thought. Well after about 10 minutes of sitting and waiting I seen the employee who i talked at the window walk out for a smoke break ( everyone deserves a break even if the line of cars circles the store twice) I opened my window and asked the guy, " hey, is my order coming" he says it will be out shortly.... At this time cars that were getting in line as I was " pulling up" were starting to pass me( which means they were getting thier orders before me and leaving) mr. Smoke break walked back into the store but not after giving me an awkward wave. By this time I have been waiting for 15 minutes after spending 5 minutes in line so 20 mins altogether... I gave them 5 more minutes. I pulled to a parking place and I went inside. Didn't take my receipt because no way they forgot about me right ? WRONG! After waiting 5 to 7 more minutes in line I get to the front and guess who my cashier is.... Mr. Smoker..... And guess what he said, " hi welcome to McDonald's how may I help you? "..... For real dude. I said I havnt gotten my order yet... He said sorry let me check? Uhhhh we havnt made it yet, Can I see your receipt so we can get your order right? Duhhhhh.... So I went to the car got it came back in had to wait to get back to this dumbass and 5 minutes later my order. Nothing free offered... no sorries. Just a good ole... have a nice day sir.... So basically I went to a FAST RESTRAUNT thru the drive thru and got my meal in 45 minutes and had to walk...

We always ask that our items be made fresh and the persons taking the order won't even acknowledge that I asked and apparently they don't relay that to others who are packaging the order. Even when I get to the window and ask if it is going to be made fresh, we are still ignored. The store manager tries to act concerned but today he said that the only one who complains is us. The honest truth is that most people are content to settle for barely warm items or items that have been under a heat lamp longer than the recommended length of time. When I am on the way to work or some other appointment, I don't have time to wait after I already asked for it to be made fresh. If I asked for that and then it isn't done but I paid for it to be the way it should be without me having to ask, it is simple poor service. Today the store manager said, in a nutshell, that we should not come back to his store and that he could refuse to serve anyone he chooses. This sounds strangely reminiscent of darker days in American history. I simply want what I asked for and not to be treated poorly because I want hot not warmed food. I am the customer and it is common knowledge that the customer is always right but as a retired war veteran, I believe I deserve better. I only expect what is right and what I pay for hot ans fresh without having to wait a second time when I am more than willing to for what I asked for the first time with no regrets. This restaurant has not provide the service any paying customer should receive. I don't like to complain because I ate Army food for over 20 years,but today took the cake and I have to speak up. This location is in my neighborhood and I should not have to drive out of my way to be treated with due respect and be provided high quality service...
Read moreI don’t recommend going to this McDonald’s at all, I ordered food off of the McDonald’s app at 12:10am, and it allowed me to order on the app, and on the app and online it said they did not close until 1 AM. There were other people there picking up DoorDash orders, and when the worker came to the window, he pretended like he could not speak English and tried to tell me that the store was closed and that I could not get my food or my money back. When I asked for the manager, he proceeded to get another non-speaking English Hispanic to come to the window, which then she got the manager for me. When the manager came to the window, he said there was nothing that they could do for us. When we asked for the money back he said that we would have to call the customer service number for the McDonald’s app because they do not have control over the hours that they put on the app and he said that he could not refund us the money or give us the food even though they were still cooking food for DoorDash and giving out DoorDash orders . Attached is a photo of my order showing that I did pay for it and showing the time that I ordered. This is very unprofessional and I would not recommend coming to this McDonald’s.
