Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Flagstaff

Growing up in Flagstaff I have ordered countless cakes from Baskin-Robbins. It's become a tradition on birthdays, graduation and special occasions to order an ice cream cake from this Baskin-Robbins. Today I picked up a birthday cake for my sister and was very surprised that the cake was not up to my usually expectations. I ordered the cake to have lavender colored frosting, white border, with purple and white flowers. I got a call on sat asking me if I wanted different colored flowers than purple as it clash with the lavender frosting. I said sure, let's make them pink and white. Thinking I would have lavender frosting. What I got was a PINK cake with multicolored specs on the white border. I called the store to ask for the owner to call me because I was upset with the cake I had purchased. I later received a call from the manager saying the owner had made those decisions on the changes on my cake AND I WOULD BE RECEIVING A CALL FROM HIM BECAUSE HE DOESN'T CALL HIS CUSTOMERS BACK, he views that the manager should be handling the calls. to the queen working the closing shift on saturday, june 29th- you are amazing.. we always doordash and there’s never been an option for chocolate syrup on there, which is what i always want. chocolate ice cream with a buttload of chocolate syrup. and no, i don’t want hot fudge. so i usually settle and just get plain chocolate with no topping. but tonight i figured we’d try to do something about it. so i ordered chocolate ice cream with hot fudge, and then called the store and asked if they could do chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge on the doordash order they just received. the girly who answered the phone was SO sweet, never questioned a thing, and immediately agreed. i would’ve been confused if i got that request, but she was 100% happy to help. we emphasized how much chocolate syrup we wanted, and she added a ton on the ice cream PLUS sent a cup with syrup on the side. whoever you are, i wish i could tip you personally for the amazing customer service.. you are a queen, thank you for...

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was terrible, they didn't have half of the options on the menu to add to your ice cream including a waffle bowl and a fancy cone. The girl working was incredibly rude, and refused to make a waffle bowl or dip a waffle cone because apparently "it won't stick" which I know isn't true. We weren't greeted upon entering the stir & customers that came in after is were helped first. All around terrible experience and the girl working couldn't care less to provide even a speck of costumer service. The scoops we did receive were half the size they should be. It was clear she wasn't happy that I wanted something she didn't feel like making, and I said I was unhappy I couldn't get anything we came in for. I wouldn't waste your time...
