Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

My wife and I pulled into the drive thru at this location this afternoon just looking to get a quick sandwhich to get us through the afternoon of shopping. My wife ordered a Beef n cheddar plain bun, no red sauce meal. I only got a Beef n cheddar sandwhich, total $15 something. She received about a 3 inch tall tiny cup of curly fries filled with burnt broken piece fries, a very small cup of lemonade stuffed with ice, and then the shocking surprise just got worse. She opened her sandwhich and there was literally 4 (FOUR) Thin slices of beef, she was shocked. Then I opened mine to see the same, except mine only had 3 slices of beef. My wife brought the food back in and begged me to stay in the car. Well that only lasted 2 minutes and I just had to go in. They gave my wife 2 new sandwiches and had her look at them before walking out. They were almost the same only they had a few more slices on them. I remember the days of 5/$5 and the meat would be hanging outside the buns. Now, $5/ per sandwhich and I'm having flashbacks of Wendy's commercials "WHERE'S THE BEEF"? This store is pathetic and I will NEVER stop there again. I've had several visits where I got wrong food and missing food, but this was a deal breaker. I can do without Arbys in my life. Thank God another new Portillos is opening about a mile away from this junk food location. This is the kind of store that causes people to stop patronizing a franchise... I'm done !! I'd give this place no stars if that were an option. I am sending this notification to Arbys corporate office. They need to see the amount of beef customers are getting for the outrageous prices they...

My family had a really bad expierece tonight on 7-8-22 at around 9:30pm my mother in law paid for a meal but Korrin didnt givre a reciept but when my mother in law was asking for her food she said that she had to pay for it again so my wife went to question Korrin about the food Korrin began to yell at my wife across the store while other people were in the restaurant so my wife approched the front counter calmly and asked for a mamager i assume there wasnt a manager on duty unless korrin was in charge so her fellow employee was polite gave the refund back for the said items ...Overall the food was good but however as a food serive mamager before for 15 years i was shocked and dissapointed on your employees behavior Korrin Needs to be trained on her guest service and not yell across the restaurant. and that was completly unprofessional and upper magmt needs to follow up and correct your front line staff on proper guest service so that these icindents will not happen again i understand everyone is tired and burned out of the summer season but your workers shouldnt take things personal and couldve handled it in a...

This Arby's location deserves less than one star but I can't give it that. Employees were unfriendly and arrogant and I could smell marijuana on one of them as they walked out the door. The buffalo chicken wrap that we were served contained chicken that seemed to be about a week old, really dense and jerky like. It must have been either reheated or re-cooked a number of times before being served. If we hadn't driven away and started eating it after we left I would have come in to complain about it but did not feel like heading back from the place we were at. I would personally avoid this location at all cost based on this single experience. Unfortunately, having a good experience at another Arby's doesn't make it more likely that you'll have a good experience...
