The manager on duty this evening was very argumentative when I called to bring to her attention how the employees are speaking to customers through the drive through. I ordered 6 roast beef sandwiches and was greeted with a response of "we don't have enough roast" not clear on what she was saying I replied "I'm sorry?" Then the person on the speaker says "what does this lady not understand" I understand there is a labor shortage but settling for less than quality employees should not be the new standard. I would rather the location close early than have employees and managers speaking to customers this way ruining the company brand and reputation. I will never allow people to handle my food that are obviously this disgruntled with their place of employment. Lost a customer for life.
Update to add: I went to a different location and happened to share my feedback and was not surprised to hear her say I was the 2nd customer this evening that came to their location complaining about this location's customer service. Sounds like...
Read moreI really like Arby's, but this one was a real trip! We drove up to order at the drive through. One beef slider for my dog, one Turkey Bacon Ranch for my friend, and one Ruben sandwich for me with two small Diet Dr. Peppers. We drove back to our hotel. The sodas were right, the dog's slider was right, but my Ruben had no sauerkraut and the Turkey sandwich was a chicken sandwich of some sort. I called them and was told to bring them back, so we did. They gave us two new sandwiches. You'd think problem solved, right? Guess again. When I picked them up, I asked the cashier if they were made correctly. She responded that she watched them make the sandwiches herself. So we drove back to the hotel. When we got settled back into the room, we opened our sandwiches. My Ruben was fine, but my friend's Turkey Bacon Ranch contained zero Turkey. It had two strips of bacon, lettuce, a half slice of cheddar cheese,, and ranch dressing. Don't waste your time here, unless you're going to dine in, so they can correct...
Read moreThis is the first time I have been to this Arby's and the last. When I went in, it took 5 minutes before anyone came to take my order (no one else was in the restaurant). I placed my order and asked for fresh fries. Fries were never put down so I asked for fresh fries to be dropped, but was ignored. Once my order was put in the bag, the person reached for a carton of fries that had been sitting under the light since I arrived. I asked the person to drop fresh fries and he did. As soon as the fresh fries were dropped, the 2 girls started talking about me where I could hear. The girl that took my order and refused to put down fresh fries had pink hair and huge eyelashes, she said she did not have a name but then said her name was Promise. This Arby's is run by girls that don't care for the restaurant or the...
