The first day we shared a normal Cheeseburger but the next day we found a Buy One Get One in the local Tpurism booklet. They offer a variety of classic burger options, along with tempting add-ons like onion rings and Mexican street corn on the cob.

12/19/2020 - POOR SERVICE! OVERCHARGED!!

I stepped away from my table to go to the bathroom but left a full beer , a barely touched hamburger, my eyeglasses and my car keys as a sign that someone is still at this table. Came back from the bathroom and the table was completely cleared off...including car keys and eyeglasses. Brought this to the attention of Diane, she appeared to be a supervisor or manager there. She apologized and returned my glasses and car keys to me. A new hamburger was delivered but I asked the blond haired bearded server (did not get his name) about my beer that was disposed of. He said not to worry everything would be “no charge”. I went to close out my tab and I was charged for everything. I mentioned to the cashier if she was aware that I was the customer that encountered the above situation and she said yes, apologized but still charged me for everything. I just had a very bad experience and all I got was “sorry” for my inconvenience.

As I was leaving I went to Diane and addressed the situation with her since she was aware of how I was inconvenienced and had to pay for something that I did not get to drink. Her response was “well did you tell the cashier?” I said yes and I was still charged for it with no compensation for my troubles. Diane shrugged her shoulders and compensated me with “ well I’m sorry.”

Well Diane I worked as a waiter for a restaurant that had us memorized a saying: “ A satisfied customer tells five friends, but a dissatisfied customer tells 25 friends.” Now I truly understand and appreciate that saying.
