Cafe Pointe Orlando — Restaurant in Florida

Do not eat here manager is severely rude customer service is a zero I went in for mayonnaise for my sandwich because they don't put any condiments or any type of dressings on any of their sandwiches well he took it up on his self the manager after I left out to have me come back in the store to tell me I shouldn't be rude for asking for regular condiments that normally come on all sandwiches I have never been to a place where they don't put anything on the sandwiches far as condiments like mayonnaise mustard ketchup this guy says that they don't do that never have and then continue to say what if I'm allergic to those things so I said what if I'm allergic to the cheese you put on my sandwich that I did not ask for or onions or the lettuce or the tomatoes or any of those things you put on my sandwich without asking what if I'm allergic to those so he says I run my business how I want to I've been doing this for 7 years who are you to tell me how to do things so I left I told my husband my husband then packs all the food back up we go to the front right back where we got the food from and my husband asked for a refund well clearly he knew he was wrong and out of line because my food came up to $26.77 and I guess he thought my husband was going to or was intimidated by my husband which my husband is 5'6 145 lb lol but he gave us back $30 so my whole point of saying this he knew he was wrong he talked to me very rudely very disturbingly and I have to make sure that I go to the front and let the people in the office know this is how he's treating his customers never mind the fact that he had already got into it with the lady before as I was coming in the lady was going out she asked him about alcoholic free beverages for her grandkids and he made try to be funny and said ain't nothing in here free so the elderly lady walked out and shook her head in disbelief so I'm going to go and let Cypress point know that they should not have or at least talked to this man because he should not be doing their residence that way or shouldn't be speaking to anyone when you're working in customer service that way so I'm going to give them a negative negative negative zero on the right since this place is horrible in the food was even worser but I still I was going to eat it because it was 8:00 p.m. I have been in the sun all day and I haven't ate anything at all but my husband said he'd be damned if somebody take his hard-earned money and be disrespectful and rude so now I'm afraid to eat at the restaurants on the property because they might spit in my food or worse I don't ever want to go back in there which is a big inconvenience to me because they sell everything in that store but their worker that manager...

We chose this Hilton location over the other options here in Orlando, and this little store was a highlight of our experience. They stayed open late enough to get late night snacks and medication and the food was always good! Definitely a better bang for your buck than most places we visited. However, the gentleman that served us most days was awesome. Mounir was always polite and always had a positive attitude when serving us. This guy we will miss the most from this...

The location of this store is perfect, looking for a meal by the pool or a late night snack this place hits the spot. I do have to have to say, they have great fries.
