Leiliann was ridiculously phenomenal!!!! She greeted every customer even when already assisting others, she single-handedly took care of 10 super rowdy middle schoolers all with a smile on her face AND in under 12 mins. (It seemed her coworkers were on lunch break or simply hadn’t started their shift yet). She was incredibly patient with each one even through mind changes and rowdiness. She still greeted and assisted other customers throughout this.

She immediately after had a family who dropped their drink on the floor, she kindly and quickly got them napkins while grabbing a mop and did not forget the wet floor sign. She then apologized for that taking a moment and proceeded to make their order. Her coworkers returned and offered to complete that order and she politely said she would finish it for them.
