We came in on saturday 27th july - the restaurant was pretty full so had to wait at the bar with drinks for 30mins which was no issue. The guy behind the bar was very busy so there was a little wait for a drink initially, however after this, he was very attentive and quick serving. We spent around $60 dollars on a few drinks/ cocktails and left a 20% tip for the bar tender as he was great.
This is where the service went downhill. We were sat at a booth and attended to by a rather unhappy male server. We both said that he looked as though he didnt want to be there (i acknowledge that most servers probably dont want to be but you have to at least pretend to be happy to make the guests night enjoyable), however his attitude was appalling. He didnt smile once. When ordering our food, we asked for a couple of merlot wines which came with our starter.
I informed another member of staff ( our server was nowhere to be seen) that both wine glasses were quite honestly, disgusting (lipstick stains as well as smears all over the glass, both clearly not cleaned at all), but we were met with "i cant help you, you'll have to speak to your server". Eventually another server brought our food- i told that server about our wine who did apologise and said he would replace the wine.
This was replaced by our original server who brought the replacements and literally stated "is this better?". His attitude was horrendous and a disgrace to be honest throughout the service. When i requested the bill, i told him the service was ok at best with zero questions why- he then also asked if i wanted change from the 100bill i left to which i stated yes (bill was 80 or so)- this was again brought with disdain and didnt even bring the original bill with my change.
Long story short, ive never not left a tip for a server in my 20plus times of coming to florida. It pains me to do it as the food was really nice however this server just needs sacking as his attitude was disgraceful! He gave zero care about the absolutely shocking state of the wine/glasses given to us, didnt smile once and was just an arrogant person throughout our interaction.

I originally ordered a 12 oz bone-in rib-eye steak rare my friend ordered the same exact thing except for hers was medium rare this was after weeding 20 minutes for somebody to come over and just take our drink order now mind you it was only two other tables in the restaurant that's it as it was fairly late is it go about 10 at night. And like I said it took about 20 minutes for order to just be taken for drinks put in her appetizer order right away which was I believe the firecracker shrimp that came out in a timely manner when that came out we please start orders for dinner it did come out in a timely matter but or weeder which I believe his name was Jay I don't remember because that's how quick he introduced himself literally put our plates down on the table and walked away did not wait to see if our steaks were to the correct temperature Especially since one person ordered it rare the other one medium rare needless to say they were not cooked to the correct temperature ends as you can see by the picture the seasoning of pepper that was put on this steak was ridiculous no normal person could eat that I don't care who you are. Now my friend that got her steak the same problem with her I was looking and waiting for this waiter to come back he did not after 15 minutes I grabbed another server because my waiter was nowhere to be found and ask to speak to the manager the manager came out and he apologized took my food off the bill right away and then comptez also for the appetizer but needless to say we still do not see our waiter the other server that was cleaning her own section because she was done for the night how to clear off the table got our check all of that stuff even went and brought the check up to the bar did you pay it and brought me back my change again never seen my original server so I gave that server $5 and left him nothing so in closing I will not recommend to this location ever unless you'd like to be ignored and have extremely over seasoned steak at...

It is such a convenient location and is so relaxed and nice inside. The place was very clean. That includes the bathrooms.
The food was amazing! The appetizers: Spinach dip & stuffed mushrooms were the best we've had at any restaurant in a long time. Our steaks were PERFECTLY cooked and we each ordered ours a different way. Mine was medium, my daughter's was medium rare, & my aunt's was "Pittsburgh". They were so well seasoned, we didn't need not a drop of steak sauce and oh so tender. The strawberry margaritas were so good and not lacking in any way. The water was iced cold and tasted so fresh and crisp that I didn't even need lemons. (It's very rare I can drink water without lemons at restaurants. There's even one restaurant chain that lemons don't even help their water.) Our server was Chase and he was phenomenal. So on top of things, friendly, professional, & personable. He was not only great with us but, also with my 3 yr old granddaughter. She's your normal toddler but, we've seen over the last 3 yrs that not all servers acknowledge or even try to interact with the little ones even when the little one is trying to interact with them with a simple smile or hello.
